Pennine Glazing, Todmorden

Had a new door fitted which had a number of issues. Several appointments were made by Pennine Glazing and Windows, Todmorden to come and sort but each time nobody turned up. There is now a gap between the double glazed door and the surround resulting in a very cold hallway but Pennine are not interested. Cannot recommend this company in any way. Typical once they have your money they don't want to know. So we will now have to either get it fixed elsewhere or buy a new door from a reputable company. Avoid like the plague

Had 10 windows and 2 doors fitted nearly a month ago. Held back on posting review until we had some real weather. Tipped it down with rain and high winds this week and i have to say that no problems at all. I am very particular and the quality of service and the fitted product is excellent. A big thank you to the team. Will definitely pass your details on to friends and family.

Pennine gave a fantastic service from start to finish!

We were visited, and a quote and date for completing the work was given on the spot with a detailed explanation of what the work involved.

On the day, the two guys arrived on time and started work immediately. Apart from the odd drink they didn't take a break for more than a few minutes.

The work took a little longer than anticipated but they stayed good humoured and would have cleaned / tidied the whole house if we had let them, even though it would have impinged on their evening! Can't fault them or thank them enough!

After contacting several local companies who either didn't keep their appointment or after several weeks have still not sent a quote for replacing several windows I contacted Pennine Gazing. They came at the arranged time, gave us a quote there and then, arranged a date to do the work, job completed on that date. I would recommend this company to anyone, they are professional and efficient.

I first of all had a national company in to quote me for 8 windows and 2 doors, I was clear in that I only wanted a quote, I could not get them out of the house, and then they kept dropping the price, I eventually got rid of them, then called Pennine Glazing, what a difference, no hassle, no hard selling, we agreed a price and a fitting date, everything completed as agreed and all old windows and rubbish cleared away. Excellent service. Had a problem with the front door not locking, rang at 9.00 am and it had been fixed by 11.30 am the same day.

From the start to finish the service was second to none. Efficient, pleasant fitters, clean and tidy. Minimum disruption. Prompt service at a very good price. The quality of the windows is excellent, and we would like to thank Pennine for a job well done.

We had all the windows in our house replaced so was a big job. They rushed and removed all the windows in one day so they had to fit them all. They did not clean up after themselves - lots of glass just left all over the place and we have a small child and pet. They have also left us with lots of damage which we have to get repaired as they keep promising to come and fix it but have not done yet!

This company rates highly in my opinion. From design advise through to manufacturing and fitting, the quality was prfect 100% I would reccomend them anybody. Excellant work force, clean and very professional, knew exactly what to do and got on with job. left the house with all snagging issues resolved [only a couple, very minor]
