Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, unless you have nowhere to invest money with no answers and slowest service ever

In the 9 years since my windows were installed they have had to comeback 23 times. All customer services,if you can call it that,say there could be room for improvement.

It would be 24 but they managed to break the latest replacement unit. Despite this being down to them they tell you it will be another 6 weeks to wait.

(1) very poor quality units have continuously blown since installation. I have lost count to the total number but must be at least 30

(2) they turn up with the incorrect replacement units. Some not even the same as installed in the house. Incorrect finish.triple glazed instead of double glazed.

(3) fitters turn up for afternoon appointments at 10 or 11am. Card through the door “sorry we missed you”. You contact customer services who say our afternoon appointments are between 10am and 2pm. When you ask when 10/11am became pm the point is lost on them. You get sorry but we will rearrange for another six weeks.

(4) very poor customer service. The fact that you have to wait around for them every visit is totally lost on them there is no urgency and sometimes no apology.

We had our fascia, sofits, doors and windows replaced but have been totally dissatisfied with the products and extremely poor customer service we have received.

This is particularly relevant regarding the triple glazed units which are constantly braking down and where replacement units have also broken down. At the moment we have at least 7 units which need to be replaced.

On 22 May 2016 I received a sales telephone call and advised the lady I spoke to that I had no interest in purchasing any further services or product due to the lack of after sales service. She advised that she would arrange for the appropriate person to call me to arrange to discuss remedying the current issues. Approx 6 weeks later, I received another sales call. I advised that lady the same. She stated she would speak to her manager that day and someone would contact me.

So, why am I not surprised that it is now in excess of 4 months and I have still received no contact? This is exactly the examples of the customer care so far received. I have sent subsequent emails and have made a formal complaint but no reply received - not even an acknowledgement. Considering that our total bill was £20,000 – paid in full – I would certainly have expected more.

We wanted a Conservatory non standard size and colour, we had a quick reply on the design and colour as we requested. the price was very good compared to other companies. So we placed our order, when the guys arrived to install the conservatory, they very efficient and helpful, very skilled and pleasant guys, they finished the job on time and with a smile. It was all that we hoped it would be, so we would recommend the whole team at Banaglaze, a very satisfied customer.

The second time we have used Banaglaze to complete all our windows.

They are efficient and competed an excellent job on time at a competitive price

The porch has been a great success. It was well planned, planning permission obtained , building works completed and porch fitted in good time and to a high standard. We are well pleased with the end result all positive no negatives.

We have a banaglaze conservatory and now have triple glazed windows fitted as well, we are very happy with both products. I would use them again if I needed any more windows etc fitted
