Problem, Problem…. Awful Company
Our windows and doors installation started in April 2021. There were 11 faults which took 18months to fix. We were continually chasing the company for dates etc. Now a window catch has broken. We reported in Dec 23 and told them we needed a new window catch. Took a month (Jan24) to send an engineer to tell us what we already knew i.e. window catch needs replacing!! They ordered the part and arranged to fit 1 month later(Feb24) and the wrong part has been ordered and they cannot give us a date for the new part. This is a window company where window catches must be 1 on the main components to have in stock??!!! Words fail us – apart from ‘be warned’ .

Awful Installation
Ordered in Aug 2020, Installation started in April 2021 and we are still trying to resolve problems – 1 year on. Had 11 windows plus 2 doors fitted of which 5 had major faults to the frames and 1 window misted up. All had to be replaced and this took 5 months to resolve. We were unable to talk to management to try and speed up process. Then Jan 2022 - 2 more windows started misting up and they have just been replaced (10 weeks) and 1 of these is faulty and we need another replaced. Avoid using SEHBAC at all costs – their quality and service is a disgrace.

Non Existent Customer Service
I reported a problem not for the first time. With our guttering on our conservatory in December 2021.
Still no response despite several emails and numerous voicemails. Undoubtedly the worst double glazing company I have ever had the mis fortune to deal with.

Still Waiting For Our Order Three Times Cancelled So Far.
STILL WAITING FOR OUR TWO WINDOW REPLACEMENTS AND A PATIO DOOR TO BE PUT IN. ORDERED BEFORE THE LOCK DOWN IN MARCH. WOULD HAVE BEEN READY 2/3 WEEKS AFTER 23 MARCH AS WE WAS TOLD IT WAS A 6 WEEKS WAIT. DUE FOR DELIVERY SEPT THEN CANCELLED THEN OCT THEN CANCELLED DUE THIS WEEK NOV 9TH AND TOLD THEM WAY BEFORE WE WANTED WEDS THIS WEEK FOR FITTING SAID IT WAS BOOKED FOR FRIDAY ? (WRONG AGAIN) NOT BEEN DELIVERED TODAY AT THE STORE SO IT MAY COME IN THIS THURSDAY. THE WAIT GOES ON..AND ON AND ON ... ONLY GIVEN 1 STAR FOR THE THREE TIMES THEY HAVE CANCELLED. WILL IT BE WORTH THE WAIT, ? I HOPE SO. IF THEY ONLY USE ONE SUPPLIER TO MAKE THE WINDOWS I THINK THEY NEED TO FIND ANOTHER FOR THIS SORT OF PROBLEM. REASON FOR DELAY ....SUPPLIER ISSUES COVID 19 HAVE YOU ORDERED YET.!

Once they've fitted and got your money, warranty work is impossible to arrange.you can never get through, appointment made, broken, made then broken again, full of excuses.
Use with care, only if you have to.

Do Not Use - Now Constantly Plagued With Calls
Although the windows were OK, fitters were excellent - have now been plagued by calls offering more windows which we do not want, especially as they replaced all the windows anyway!!. Have been asking for over a year to be removed from list but never happens - calls are daily sometimes and the callers are extremely rude

Triple Glazed Window, Centre Glass Exploded.
Notified them Monday, by phone,3 days ago, they initially said it would be chargeable, but changed their minds when I explained that it was a manufacturing fault, because it was the centre, toughened glass that had shattered.
They said at the time I phoned, it would be Wednesday, as yet no visit, (DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH), I know this by past experience.
I have to date, had 3 large installations carried out by them, and had serious problems with one job, and now this little hiccup, I just wonder how long it will take to resolve this?
The after sales service of any company, is just as important, as the sales, as it can reflect so badly.

Roof Still Leaking!!!
After spending over 12k on a conservatory over 12 months on the roof is still leaking!
I've had two engineers out already and waiting for a third, my new laminate floor is damaged and they say they wont pay a penny towards replacement.
I very much regret the day I clapped eyes on SEHBAC NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!

Awful After Sales Service
Had a conservatory installed some 12 years ago. We now have a problem with one of the electric opening windows.
I called SEH and explained that an electrician had advised us that it was not an electrical problem as one of the windows would open but was associated with the motor.
The operator told me that there was nothing that they could do to assist me but suggested I speak with an electrician again as their staff were not allowed to touch electrics. I again told her that it was not an electrical problem as I had already sought the advice of an electrician but as they installed the windows could they not help and that I appreciated it was out of warranty and that I was prepared to pay. The response was no. Seems odd that they can arrange installation but cannot offer a service to maintain/repair it.
