Requested refund after they offered for missed deadline and poorly written essay. It was declined five times with proof provided.

My writer accepted the assignment and I paid in full. My deadline was soon. Just a few hours before my deadline I got an email from Study to choose another writer because that writer had not accepted the assignment.

This was very disappointing. I completed my project and I requested a refund. It is been a month. No refund no update. They keep on saying the request is sent to the admin department. This is very frustrating. Please everyone be careful with their refund policy.

I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I've been using studybay for more than 3 years now, so far I had a problem with the expert only once. Thankfully the problem was resolved pretty quickly by the support team. I love that they have an option of paying only a part of the price at first, and the rest after receiving the work. You don't usually expect the service to truly care about the customers and their money. I hope you're going to continue developing the site and keep this care for your clients!

I recommend the expert, the project was more than I expect. Keep in mind, the price in this site isn't as it appears, I was tricked. Before I submitted the project it showed me the total price is 135 and paid 55. When I try to upload the document, they required me to pay 144. Even the Halloween coupon I couldn't use it. One of the customer services told me to proceed the payment in order to utilize the promo code, but that was not true.
