Save Yourself A Lot Of Hassle

Tried to get some stuff from them and they kept delaying delivery for over two weeks. The customer care execs I did manage to talk to were apathetic and no tracking option either. If possible pay a bit more and get the stuff from an brick and mortar store. Its just not worth it!!

I have contacted twice the service because the delivery was delayed and they have always responded in less than 24 hours and with relevant and helpful information.

finally received the battery i ordered, worked fine so far. i am satisfied with the service, even though the delivery was a little dealyed.

Nikon En-el14 Battery

Ordered this battery. Arrived in good time but that is all. After charging it would not work in my D3100. I ordered the EN-EL14 and now they are telling me that I ordered the wrong battery and expect me to pay another shipping charge to return it and get another battery. That is not going to happen. They can keep my money and rest assured anyone I know will know never to buy from them

Rubbish Imported Equipment

I purchased a battery and charger for my Dell laptop. I was NOT informed that the battery would be larger than the slot on the laptop and in fact protruded from the back of the laptop. On complaining a refund and collection was undertaken this did work out ok.

Unfortunately the charger unit has turned out to be a very poor replacement not long after the battery went back I discovered the cable had broken at the plug being desperate to use my laptop and having the equipment to PAT test I replaced the plug and worked with it for several weeks until this weekend when I smelt burning and found that the cable at the laptop end had also broken and was nearly on fire. The conclusion is don’t use this cheep imported rubbish.

I Was A Little Surprised When I First Saw Those Co

i was a little surprised when i first saw those comments..because my shopping experience with Espow was not that bad. I ordered a replacement battery for my dell inspiron 6000 laptop, the battery arrived in 3 days and also worked properly...
