My Iomega 250mb Usb Drive Has Been Used On A Daily
My Iomega 250MB USB drive has been used on a daily basis for the past three years with no problems _ until now!
It has been a quick and easy recording device.
I have tried Search & Recover software on this disk to no avail as the 0 sector has to be read first. The only option is to format the faulty disk. The unit is reading and writing to another disk with out trouble, but for how long? Well recommend Iomega 250 MB.

I Have Used Zip Disks For Some Time Now. The Only
I have used Zip disks for some time now. The only reason being that I was able to get disks for free and my computer came with a Zip drive internally installed. I have found that the disks are very slow in transferring data and are only useful when other methods of storing data are unavailable.
They cannot compete with newer technologies such as USB memory keys and rewritable CDs and DVDs as these media forms often have much higher capacities, are almost always cheaper and have higher transfer rates.

My Iomega 250 Mb Zip Drive Is Used On A Daily Basi
My Iomega 250 MB Zip Drive is used on a daily basis. Used as a back-up system until files are burnt to CD. Used to have 100mb zip drive and thought this version would be better, but, 3x 250mb disks have been destroyed and now I used 100mb disks which seem ok. Also, buying zip disks off the shelf is near impossible. Considering upgrading to a jaz drive. Can't recommend due to disks being destroyed.
