This company is not SafeSurf, but they are trying hard to appear to be. Be wary of a company that will try to take someone else's trademark. Did you think they were SafeSurf? You were fooled. They will do to you what they are doing to the real SafeSurf. If you want a good product get it from the real SafeSurf.com. You are warned!!!

There were.a couple of problems when I started using it but once they were sorted everything has been great. It works well in the UK. I travel a lot and and it works well abroad providing internet speed is good. I normally buy a local SIM unless I know the hotel has a good service. Excellent value for the monthly charge. No issues.

I subscribed for a month, after they automatically entered a 3 , then a 6 month subscription. After that they Doubled the monthly subscription price from 7.90 Euro to 15.80 Euro without notification and charged my credit card.

I had no choice but to pay it,but after that i canceled my credit card to make sure that they cannot get any money from it anymore.

To tried to get information from them by e-mail,but they don't answer to the point,talking around it.Be careful when dealing with them.

The service Quality wise was very good, very few problems, but not worth 15.80 Euro per month.

A year ago I looked into safersurf.com. It is highly unlikely I left my bank details. One year later they billed me 99 Euros. I don't have the program installed and have never used it.

Attempted the Trial version, to watch live sport. Did not work. No confirmation emails sent to say that this was active, or who to send any queries or cancellations to. Now I find that I was debited Eur99 automatically for a 6 month contract. The support team state that they will not refund as this is an automatic debit after the 14 day trial period - Not sure how I am supposed to cancel a trial if the company don't send any email after registering. This could only be a deliberate plan, in the hope that you forget to cancel the trial and they can debit your account. AVOID!!!

I downloaded and installed the software because in the advert was mentioned that it is possible to watch live sport. I tried for hours to make it working but no sign of success. I asked for help but they didn't answer on this at all, even after I sent a second inquiry - nothing!

To have this program installed prevented from watching live program events. Value for money? I don't think that paying for nothing is good value!

I purchased their services for 3 months, after 6 months and without telling me, they charged me £50 for 6 months renewali never asked, they didnt even bother sending me a receipt. When i complaint and asked for a refund, they said it is impossible, (Goodbye consumer rights :-( )I could keep on writting about them but all i have to say is be very carefull when you buy from them, or even better dont buy at all.

Showed interest in Safersurf's services with specific purposes due to high volume surfing requirements. Not knowing if they could help I must have given them too much information. The unfortunate situation occured: I never received the details I inquired about - just nothing. A very poor service - as I still don't understand what they do. They never explained that to me.

Being a non-techy, I inquired about how to install the service and had further questions about what the product actually would do for me. I have not yet received an answer - just 50Euros taken from my account. I am not happy with this service and do not recommend safer surf.

They haven't replyed to emails.
