I have just cancelled my second order with them as you always get the same response when you query the time it is taking they say "we have been snowed under with orders". My guess is that they buy from their Chinese supplier as and when each order comes in hence the delay. Don't be fooled by that made individually nonsense - the quality of these goods really is that great.

I won't be returning.

ordered a endless case from them delivery was slow when in turned up it looked really good but the coating start coming off within a week.

returned it and they credited it but wont pay the return cost.

poor product poor company for something that makes out to be a high end item.
