Unikcase

Paid for express service which is supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. Been over a week and still nothing. Their "24/7 customer service" is non-existent, no one answers calls or emails, their support page is a joke, the Canada post tracking number they provide is invalid, and their invoice they attached leads to a non-existent page. Extremely frustrating and disappointing service. Do not order anything from this business.

I've used unikcase a few times in the past and I've been very pleased with their products. They have been quick, and delivery super fast.

However, on my latest and last use (ever) for unikcase, my order was "shipped" but after 2 weeks, it still has not arrived (in the past, delivery was within 4-5 days of being marked shipped). I know it does not take Canada Post that long to deliver from one major city to another major city in Canada.

I contacted their support, and received very little support at all. After confirming my mailing address, I never heard from Unikcase again. This issue has now been escalated to Paypal dispute.

If you get your item, Unikcase rocks, but if you require support, you're on your own.

The case I have receive is very nice. I paid for 7 to 10 days and receive my order in 4 days! My case is made of hard rubber and protect all edges of my phone. The print quality is very good. I will recommend to every one! Good price and fast shipping!

The online tool to design good quality cases (at a fairly decent price for Canada) is easy to use and very user friendly. The case quality is not exactly the top of the line but is very good considering the price. The major drawback is how the opening(s) for headphones/headsets is more often than not too thick and/or narrow to allow any 1/8" jack to be plugged in. In essence, in order to use the headphone jack, one must remove the device from the case. The company does not seem to aknowledge this when customer concern or feedback is sent. Purchase at your own risk.

I order a custom case from Unikcase.com and was very satisfied about this product. They print my family picture on my case and the quality is amazing. I receive my case in 4 days. this is really Fast! The price is also cheaper than other site. I already order from other site and it was very long and the quality of the print was not good and I paid 45$. But with Unikcase it was Perfect! I pays 20$ I recommended to all want a custom case.
