Gear4 iPhone 4 Bumper

I recently got my iPhone 4, and I am very happy with it, if not a bit over protective of it :) It arrived the next day after ordering, so I didn't have time to order a case from Apple, so I went out to get a temporary one from Curry's. They had the Gear 4 one in stock, so I bought it. It is kind of expensive for what it is (£20), but that is always the way with new products, especially one as high profile as iPhone. So I immediately fit it to the phone and I am pleasantly surprised. It is a very snug fit... perfectly formed to wrap around the edge of the iPhone, creating a 'bumper'... meaning there is no front or rear, but a raised edge so you get to appreciate the front and rear of the phone, and for anyone that has seen the iPhone 4, you will understand why. I also added some front and rear screen covers, but have since removed them as they just seem to ruin the sheer quality of the glass. The buttons are not amazing, they are rubber and take a fair amount of pressure to operate compared to the beautiful silver buttons on the phone itself, but I regularly use the remote headphones, so it's not a big deal. I prefer the look of the Apple bumper, but that was even more expensive and hard to get early on... however since apple announced that all iPhone 4 owners will receive a free bumper (up until September) I will be getting one of those as well, and I will be sure to review that one as well, and then the loser will go on eBay :)

Overall happy, but a bit too pricey for a third party product, maybe cheaper online?
