Alcatel One Touch 701

General Comments:

First of all I was impressed by what the Alcatel One Touch 701 does!If you want a small,sexy, full option phone this is one of the options you have in today's market.I value Alcatel phones because they give you a real worth on the money you spend buying their products.To be more advance of the model the camera phone should follow this model.I love the battery which last for a week,this is what i need from a phone.Traveling around without any charger.

Features: at its price range, they should have included an IR port;

Reception: Excellent;

Style: I love it!

Value for money: costs same as SL45; or they should've added 1 more year for worldwide warranty;

Overall Rating: out-of-date already

I think the Alcatel 701 mobile phone is good except for the bad points.

The Alcatel 701 mobile phone is a nice gadget with good battery and reception. However, it hasn't got an infrared port and it is a little fragile.

The Alcatel 701 mobile phone is the best choice in the mobile world...a very good battery, the quality of sound, the menu and of course the organiser. The price is also very good.

The Alcatel 701 is a great phone! Small, ultra light, nice profile. it has a big inbuilt memory. alcatel showed it's good taste with the menus, functional and not too flashy *

the battery doesn't last for as long as I expected, but the Li-Po compensates for this flaw. The tunes are rather annoying and, though i was impressed by the melody composer, the results are weak. The sound is very artificial. They could have done a better job with the sms administration category.

First of all I was impressed by what this phone does!If you want a small,sexy, full option phone this is one of the options you have in today's market.I value Alcatel phones because they give you areal worth on the money you spend buying their products(which is not so much after all).I bought this phone with a 2 years contract.So now,after 6 moths i can make a pretty full review.As i said ,full of options,holds 85 sms!!crisp light,8 sms-lines text,memo(30 seconds only:()delicious joystick,amazing easy menus.But after 2 months i returned the hone full of bugs.They installed another software(+plus games,alarm) but now the joystick doesn't work backwards and the some button u find it under the flip.That button controlls the flip answering,the keypad lock so now these 2 features hardly work!Again,poor maufacturing!Very poor!

My advice!If you wanna buy this phone find a near by service!you'll need it after 3 moths:)

I'd give it 8 on features cuz it has only 30 seconds memo,the voice recall never fits ...so it can't dial numbers,alarm stops after 15 seconds and..the most important it has no SILENT mode!Just vibration...but the noise also wakes you up! Alcatel ppl,why no silent mode?!:O

10 on reception!Although the antena bugs me the recption si great ,the speaker is cool(almost no delay)!

9 for style...

The Alcatel 701 is a very good phone, no bad points (only its frail flip - still unbroken but who knows...)
