As has been mentioned before, the LGKS360 does tend to turn itself off, which is just useless. When typing text messages, the cursor jumps up into the previous line so that you're typing a new sentence through a previous one. It has also became very slow over a short period of time, and I have taken only 4 or 5 pictures and have one song stored on it. I can't imagine what it would be like if I took full advantage of the camera or music player.

The QWERTY keyboard is a good feature, and handy for keen texters, but only when the phone does what you ask. To dial numbers without having to slide out the keyboard, there is a touch screen option. However this isn't very accurate and I feel it is quite prone to errors, on saying that it may just be my inexperience of using a touch screen option.

To me it's an unreliable phone and although it has one or two good features, I wouldn't recommend it.

This is the worst phone in the whole world. I do not even know where to start.. freezes, turns off, can't hear people when I call them, letters scramble when typing text messages, phone deletes messages.. Don't get it.

Bought the phone, very high quality camera, video and easy to use the QWERTY keyboard. It always keeps switching itself off occasionally, the features are strict and the battery life is appaulling. I wouldn't buy another one as lots of LG phones do that. The design of the phone itself is easy to handle.

Really, this phone wants to be (and should be) more than it is - the software feels half-finished. The touchscreen is under-utilized, difficult to use and prone to error. It freezes, restarts, shuts down and generally becomes unreliable at seemingly random times (works fine for weeks, then keels over when you open the web browser).

Web Browsing is painful - and with the on-board memory being shockingly low it cant open anything with more than a few images on it.

Really I'd say steer clear unless you're getting it free (and even then, try to avoid!)

I have read lots of reviews about this phone freezing. It happened to me when I put a Micro SD 512mb in. As soon as I took the card out it works again. Hence, cannot use it with SD card.

well i wouldnt buy this mobile at all if i was you because it keeps freezing and the screen goes all fuzy at times and its not worth the money.

this LG KS360 is an outstanding phone 4 the price its easily as good as £100+ mobiles. HOWEVER i have had this phone 4 a short period of time and many people say they break easily.i LV the QUERTY keyboard.ITS PURE GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!there is no better phone on the market with as good value 4 money.my advice would be buy it straight from orange,as it is much cheaper than carphone warehouse or phones 4 u.

I got this LG KS360 phone today, for £78, including £10 airtime. I love the keypad, threaded texting and touch screen dialing. The radio is good quality and once you get all your stations right, its easy to put in your pocket and listen to. It took a bit of time to get used to the QWERTY keyboard, but overall a great little phone. The only problems are the battery doesn't last long, the memory is poor (although the memory cards are cheap),and the radio doesn't work in the background, but apart from that five stars for the LG KS360
