Actually The Nokia 2300 Mobile Phone Is Owned By M
Actually the Nokia 2300 mobile phone is owned by my wife. I bought it as a birthday present for her. The result, I got more time to get hold of the phone to observed and have reviewed it. Check out my review as follows:
Backlights are similar to Nokia 8310, attractive and cool to the eyes. Screen resolution and display are quite good for everyday use especially when you love more texting than making calls. Managing contacts is a breeze as well as messages. SMS upgrade has gone too far these days especially with Nokia phones.
Superb audio quality can be expected from this phone. I like the way the polyphonic ringing tone sounds of this phone. They're distinctive and clear. You can download or compose melodies as well. The FM stereo radio is excellent. A stereo headset comes with the package, great for hands-free calls and music listening! I have no problem with the reception; it's always in full bars wherever I go.
You can rely the battery life of this phone will not fail you. It's a good one, the same battery that Nokia 1100 is using. It lasts 4-6 days in normal usage.
At first, keypad seems awkward to use but it won't take a day to get used to it. No matter you change the color of covers and keypad, the phone is still feminine looking. For me, the keypad design contributes significantly to this looks. Covers are stable; no creaking can be felt or heard on both sides. No question about its build quality. The size and weight of this phone makes this phone more appealing to users. Lanyard holes are provided at the top of the phone; you can choose left and right to tie your lanyard or whichever convenient for you.
A short cut feature for frequently used functions, menus, and sub-menus is being employed in this phone. Just one or two keypresses and you can have the function you need. Of course not all functions, menus, and sub-menus are available in this feature. We all know that phones are getting smarter and smarter these days. And someday the function we thought just another trash of today, will one day just useful as technology advances and that would be also added in this feature.
Over-all, the phone is a great improvement intended for low-end-users. If picture editor feature has been added in this phone, then it would surely surpass the performance of Nokia 33XX series, 2100, and 1100 phones respectively.
Another salute for Nokia. But please "Generals" of Nokia, make your front-line Lieutenants and Sargeants be more friendly and helpful to distressed customers. I read a lot of complaints in the web regarding the untoward treatments of your troopers in the field :-)

If You Are Looking For A Budget Phone. Just Go For
If you are looking for a Budget phone. Just go for the Nokia 2300 mobile phone. Because the rest are just phones.. but this one is a Phone with Features for less price. Its very userfriendly. Probably the only phone with FM Radio in that Price Range. And if its from NOKIA.. will anyone say no to it? The Grip of the Phone is fantastic. Size is compact. Ringtones are too good & the most important feature is that when you send a Mono Ringtone to this phone it turns Polyphonic and sounds Amazing. Overall a Good one for less cost from NOKIA (Which is generally an Expensive brand)
