An Older Phone, My First With A Camera At The Time
An older phone, my first with a camera at the time, really only good for fun snaps, pictures arent anywhere near print quality.
Phone would make a good business issue phone as it is dependable but no frills. Software is good and robust, java games and applications can be installed also.

I Totally Agree With The Review That Elliot17 Put
I totally agree with the review that elliot17 put on the Nokia 6230. I have owned this phone for about 4 years, and it hasn't let me down once. It has a simple, clean look and may begin to look a little boring compared to newer, more funky phones but yes it is perfect for someone who wants a pretty basic phone. The battery life is really good and it lasts for ages.It has some good features like bluetooth, a camera that can shoot videos, built in wap and gprs, infra-red and radio. The phone has access to an SD card slot, during which when i was using it i had a 1gb card and the phone organized all my favourite tracks into the Nokia media manager. It also has a selection of games built in to keep you amused. For its usability and reliability I'm giving it 8/10

This Nokia 6230 Mobile Phone Is Old Now - I Have H
This Nokia 6230 mobile phone is old now - I have had mine about a year but it is still a great mobile phone for the sensible person. It has a camera with bluetooth which is useful, the battery life is also great and it's good to be used as a phone with some extra bits. This phone is getting old now so if you are young and want something fun then go for a new Sony Ericsson but if you are boring and old (I am 17 but act older) then it's still a good phone. My next move is to upgrade to the 6230i to get a bigger screen and more memory.
(Can I add that Virgin mobile is great)

Excellent Phone, Excellent Battery Life, Good Func
Excellent phone, excellent battery life, good functional phone which is easy to use and really good Bluetooth function, but poor camera and similar to all nokias. I have stuck with nokias throughout my mobile career and sure hope the new range are a bit different or may see myself switching to another manufacturer

The Nokia 6230 Is The Best Mobile Phone I Have Eve
The Nokia 6230 is the best mobile phone I have ever owned. I bought it off eBay a couple of months ago, and it was locked on the O2 network, and I've not had any problems with it at all. OK, once or twice it's turned itself off, but you press another button and it turns itself back on with no problems. THIS IS A BRILLIANT PHONE IF YOU'VE GOT £80-£120 TO SPARE. If you get the headphones and buy a 256Mb MMC memory card off eBay at £13 you will also have a wicked MP3 player.
This phone is brilliant

I Bought The Nokia 6230 Mobile Phone In September
I bought the Nokia 6230 mobile phone in September 2005, and I should never have done.
The phone itself worked fine, until one day it kept turning itself off, and then each subsequent replacement and repair would do the same thing.
I also have friends who have this phone and the 6230i, and they report the same fault after a certain amount of time. Is it a plot by Nokia?!?!
I also had to fight to get my money back. I can not recommend this phone to anyone.

The Nokia 6230 Is A Great Mobile Phone. My Only F
The Nokia 6230 is a great mobile phone. My only frustration with it is there is a software fault which means that some of the numbers that I have in the phone aren't recognised when that person calls me. It even happens with my husband's mobile, and I definitely have his number in the phone! The only way I have been able to get round this is to attach pictures to the numbers that I can, so that I get a picture of the caller!

If You Want A Simple Understated Mobile Phone That
If you want a simple understated mobile phone that pretty much does everything you want, look no further than the Nokia 6230. It si not the flashest thing around, but it just does the job properly. Never drops calls, sound quality is excellent, and it stays in pretty good nick even when neglected and just dropped in your pocket with your keys and lose change. I had a Nokia 6630 before, but found I was constantly aware of carrying it and taking care of it. Loved the 6630, but the 6230 is great. Ignore it, abuse it and it still looks and works fine.
