I Only Buy Mobile Phones For Something To Show Off
I only buy mobile phones for something to show off really and the Nokia 7210 was a good phone to do this with in 2003. It has got a bit dated now and the price is still to high.

I Had My Nokia 7210 For About 9 Months Before It S
I had my Nokia 7210 for about 9 months before it started playing up. Every so often it would switch itself off for no apparent reason and finally one day it switched itself off and has refused to switch back on.
The phone was great when I first got it as it was new and had a good colour screen. The ringtones were also very impressive. The drawback is that now phones have got more modern and towards the end of my phones life I was feeling more and more envious to people owning camera phones and phones with mp3 players.
My advice would be to get a more modern phone than this one.

I've Been Using This My Nokia 7210 For Like 1 Yr +
I've been using this my Nokia 7210 for like 1 yr ++ and I still love it v much although many many newer Nokia models have surfaced since. Basically I think it's ideal for those who are looking for a colour phone and have no use of a integrated camera. There are so many camera phones in the market but none are designed as slim and stylish as this 1 yet therefore I decided to buy a good slim digi cam and keep using this phone instead.
At first, the keypads may seem difficult to use but after 1 week, I got used to it so it's back to typing like a bullet train again. I love the 4 way navigating especially when smsing (and playing games!). The phone may seem laggy at first, especially if you've been using a non colour phone. But also, as time passes it's not noticeable. The colours are good and resolution is ok. It also has a integrated radio (great 4 keeping me occupied in buses and trains!)
Battery life is alright, 2-3 days. There is also this function where you can change the font size of your sms, either large or small size. personally prefer small 1 I don't have to keep scrolling. Has a IR terminal for sending business cards, but not pictures like the later models.
There are 2 games included (Bounce is addictive!) but more can always be downloaded. Fair memory space where I can have up to 5-6 games, not forgetting the ringtones and graphics.
Bad points are from the flickering screen and keypads but occasionally only. Nothing to worry bout. Another thing is the keypads. dunno if it's just my set or what but it was faulty after 1 yr.... and now its been 6 months since and it's acting up again although they did change the whole board previously. (Maybe it's just worn out because I sms a lot)
Overall, I still love this phone a lot. I just lost it but thinking of getting the same model back even after considering the various models in the market now.

The Nokia 7210 Mobile Phone Is Great. The Tones Ar
The Nokia 7210 mobile phone is great. The tones are loud and sound excellent. The screen is excellent but sometimes flickers but this is nothing to worry about. it has two games preinstalled Bounce and triple hop. Infrared transfer is fast.you can send ringtones and pictures from your computer if you have an infrared port or reciver and the nokia Pc Suite. you can also do this with a data cable. you can download most things but screen savers are not available. it has built in hands free if somebody is ringing you all you need to do is press the answer button and then the back button and you will be speaking hands free. the hands free speaker is loud.
I have heard of 1 problem with the Nokia 7210 this is the screen. but i would say that the people who say this do not know what they are onabout. i do agree the the screen flickers sometimes but as i said this is not anything to worry about you would hardly notice.
I recommend this phone it is excellent

I Upgraded From A 3330 To The Nokia 7210 In Novemb
I upgraded from a 3330 to the Nokia 7210 in November. When I got the 7210 I thought it was a superb little mobile phone, and to date I have had no problems with it at all.
However, it is so easy to get hold of a better phone ( not neccesarily Nokia) with many more features, better functionality and more memory.
I will be replacing this phone in the next week or so, not becuase it it is no good, but it is behind the times already.
If you want a simple phone you can call, text and play games on - great. if you want more go elsewhere.
PS POLYPHONIC RINGTNES sound rubbish on the 7210 so dont buy it specificlly for this
I have to disagree about the polyphonic ringtones. They're great!! I have this nokia 7210 for more than a year (no problems whatsoever) and it sounds really better than my siemens sl55 (which I bought recently)

I've Had My Nokia 7210 Mobile Phone For 8 Months N
I've had my Nokia 7210 mobile phone for 8 months now and I hate it! Its been giving me problems since the week I bouoght it. The software is full of bugs meaning the phone does strange things such as turning itself off, refusing to make or recieve calls and messages, not remembering T9 words, not saving settings.
The WAP browser is totally unstable, u have to constantly reboot the phone to get the bowser to work.
The keypad although nice to look at, is hard to use and my keypad doesn't work sometimes and the light constantly flickers
I have a 7210 and I love it. I have never had any of the problems you have mentioned and I think that if your 7210 had been working properly (as mine does) then you would love it too.

The Nokia 7210 Looks Pretty But Otherwise I Would
The Nokia 7210 looks pretty but otherwise I would not recommend this mobile phone to anyone. I have had to get two due to screen failure and whilst they boast polyphonic ringtones the phone is not equipped with a full 16 tune bit and therefore the ringtones you download are muted and no where near as good as other polyphonic phones. The whole feel of this phone is that it is rushed. Reception is good with little drop out but sometimes just not loud enough to really feel like you can hear who you are talking to.

Nokia Seem To Be A Very Poular Make Of Phone, every
Nokia seem to be a very poular make of phone, every man and his dog have got 1 or have owned 1 in the past, this is proberbly because they are so easy to use, this is no differant with the Nokia 7210,it is so easy to use even with the odd set up of the keys,i have had the phone for about a year and have had no problams at all with it,only the easy scratch screen but the cover can be replaced with no bother and little cost.it is now a little dated compared with all the camera phones on the market.
