I've Had The Panasonic Gd67 Mobile Phone For 3 Yea

I've had the Panasonic GD67 mobile phone for 3 years now, and as technology has evolved since then, this phone has become just a normal phone.

I'm intending on replacing my phone soon though; but overall, it is quite a reliable phone and it is easy to use, but because it is a really old phone, it starts to lack in areas like the signal, and sometimes you can't even send texts because the signal is so bad.

I Bought The Panasonic Gd67 Mobile Phone About Thr

I bought the Panasonic GD67 mobile phone about three years ago now. It is beautiful to look at the front, but the paintwork will need to be protected with a leather cover.

The menus are really easy to navigate.

The back cover clip is quite fragile plastic, and mine broke in the first week.

A main gripe with this phone is that it switches off for no reason. It has never happened when I've been talking, but when texting or just idle - you can put money on it crashing.

The second gripe is that the battery life is so short when making a call. It lasts just over 60 minutes, then one hears the deafening low battery beeps.

A plus with this phone is the vibrate function.

The Panasonic Gd67 Is Nice Value For Your Money. T

The Panasonic GD67 is nice value for your money. The phone looks nice but because the paint is bad, is will be looking worthless after a couple of months.

I had to send it back for guarantee 2 times. The speaker was broken and the phone switched off without any reason.

The menu is easy to use and the quality of the phone is average.

I've Had The Panasonic Gd67 For Just Over A Year N

I've had the Panasonic GD67 for just over a year now, it's a good phone and nothing has gone wrong with it.

It's easy to use and the joystick is good.

I have dropped it loads of times the screen only has 2 tiny scratches on and the phone is not broken at all.

It is fairly small and light - looks quite nice.

It has a nice colour screen.

The wallpapers it comes with are quite good compared to some other phones.

You can change the back cover or put a photo in.

It holds quite a lot of messages and automatically stores sent messages which can be useful when you've forgotten what you said!

However there are quite a few small problems with it too.

When you text it takes a second for the letters to come up on the screen. You can't text very quickly because they just don't come up if you type too many letters in before they come up on the screen.

The ringtones are a bit quiet so a lot of the time I don't hear them. Although they are polyphonic they are really bad - just classical ones and I can't get any more cos I'm too broke for WAP!

It's annoying when sometimes you're typing a message and it just switches off when it has a full battery - don't know why. Also if you're typing a message and you accidentally press the red button intstead of clear the last letter (small buttons and next to each other aswell) it deletes the whole message instead of still being there when you go back into 'create new message'! this is really frustrating when you have to write the message about 5 times!

There are only 2 games and they are so boring.

It could be a bit smaller.

When the battery's very low it beeps REALLY loud for about a minute and it doesn't want to turn off so that is really annoying.

You can't change the front, but that's not that important anyway.

I have to charge it up about every 2-3 days and I hardly ever call people and don't text that much either.

This phone is quite good but I would recommend that you bought a newer phone if you were looking for a phone, you can get them quite cheaply now anyway. I prefer Nokia, so next time I wouldn't buy Panasonic.

What First Attracted Me To The Gd67 Was The Design

What first attracted me to the GD67 was the design and the price. As a student, never having any money, I wanted a cheap yet decent phone and thought this was the one for me. Firstly, when texting, the words on the screen don't actually come up when you press them, there's a delay. The ringtones are really quiet, but get louder as it goes on.. but by that time the person will have called off! The coloured screen is generally good. The menu is easy to use and the joystick to go with it. It stores a lot of messages so your not constantly deleting old ones. But anyway, I'd suggest a newer phone if your planning to buy this now, as it's a bit dated. But I suppose it's good for it's price..I'm getting a new one soon..after a year of having it.

The Panasonic Gd67 Is By Far The Worst Phone I've

The Panasonic GD67 is by far the worst phone I've ever had, which is a shame coz I have a lot of Panasonic products but this one is inferior to the competition. I really can't believe I have the same phone as everyone else here. This is my second one due to the first one needing replacing within weeks and then this one had to be sent off for repair. It takes about as long as a PC to boot-up. Has slow navigation. Poor bundle of ringtones. Watchout if you put it in your pocket with keys, it's scratched to bits in no time, unlike the Nokia that's also in there. It is a very light phone but clearly build quality and robustness has been sacrificed. If you can't get a signal the battery life nosedives.

I've Had The Panasonic Gd67 Phone For About A Year

I've had the Panasonic GD67 phone for about a year now. I got it quite cheap, at £90 and brought it to replace my old Panasonic (so out dated I don't think it could be purchased anymore). I've had mixed feelings about this phone since. The good things are that it's attractive, it's easy to use, texting is simple and MOST (but not all the time) phone calls are clear. To top it all, it's light and small. Perfect pocket wear.

Unfortuantly, it often has it's problems. It has a low battery life, and the WAP is time and money consuming because it's so slow. More recently, it oftens cuts out and text messages will NOT delete. You have to keep turning off the phone! It holds 100 names in the phonebook, and holds about 50 text messages. The ringtones are awful. They may well be polyphonic, but they're so quiet that I have to keep my phone on vibrate all the time.

It does the job, but prepare to be frustrated.

On The Whole I Do Enjoy Using My Panasonic Gd67 Mo

On the whole i do enjoy using my Panasonic GD67 mobile phone, and i haven't had any problems really for 8 or 9 months. But i am now experiencing problems with the txt messaging. when i deleted all my inbox and outbox 8 or 9 months in on ownership, the red msg icon appeared in the top of the screen. i cannot now keep more than 15 msgs and i cannot now save outgoing msgs. a friend of mine with the same phone has experienced the same problems. so beware, it is a good phone, but when it goes wrong its awful. i suggest you buy a different phone.

I have also had the problem with the red envelope icon. Does anyone know how to fix this? sometimes after a long period eg a month, it will go away but then come back at random.

Have Had This Panasonic Gd67 Mobile Phone For Appr

Have had this Panasonic GD67 mobile phone for approx 1 year now and was pleased at first with the phone. First I will start with the good points. The price of the phone was quite cheap for what was offered. This phone is was very durable being quite an active person the phone had to be able to take a bit of a beating, and well it lived up to that after surviving many drops it now only has a few scratches. Txt messaging is made easy with T9, and stores words/names on memory for predictive txt. Access to wap is great, by my experience anyway load time between pages is fairly quick. Loud Speaker is useful. Now bad points which is why i am now losing this phone. The polyphonic ringtones are barely audible when there is noise present i.e ants scruttling along or in pocket so have to rely on vibrate. Also could not find any ringtone downloads as advertised. Game downloads were advertised this was not possible. Battery life is very low i now have to charge most nights. Phone now regularly cuts out, this is particularly annoying when your just done finishing a long txt which does not automatically save so your left to start over. Phones stores only 100 names so each time i need to add a name i am forced to lose one. I am afraid cons outweigh the pro's considerably with this phone and would not recommend a phone that becomes pretty much obsolete only after one year. Now i am not one to follow the crowds but will be going back to nokia as previous phones have proved to be alot more reliable.
