I've Thrown This In A Draw And Gone Back To Using

I've thrown this in a draw and gone back to using my six year old Nokia.

Very poorly designed interface combined with an unresponsive touch screen.

You can't access the keypad during calls so I'm unable to call my bank or top up minutes with a debit card or any service that requires keypad input.

Phone often freezes and you have to remove the battery to get it working again.

Garbage!

I Felt So Weird Why Most People Don't Like This Ph

I felt so weird why most people don't like this phone. I bought this phone from ebay which the former user used it for couple months before that. Since then, it has been nearly two years and it still working just fine, no problem with texting or hanged etc. - only couple times it suddenly turned off (maybe since it has been 2years)

Plus, i believe others bought a non-original ones (made in china?). I bought one made from Korea itself and the battery made by Japan assemble in Korea - Original! So, the choice is yours =)

I Was Stupidly Persuaded To Buy This Phone As It W

I was stupidly persuaded to buy this phone as it was stylish and pink, but unfortunately, the features of the phone are awful! The screen quality is AWFUL. The touch screen is a joke, half the time it doesn't even work! The 3 non touchscreen buttons don't work half the time either. The battery life is awful, it barely lasts a day! I have never had problems with reception with any other phones in my house, but with the tocco I barely ever get good reception. The features are awful, the speakers are too quiet! When I bought this phone it was worth £300 (luckily I got it free with a contract) and I would NEVER pay that amount of money for a phone as unreliable as this!

Looks Nice, But Functions Are Infuriating. Texting

Looks nice, but functions are infuriating. Texting is difficult (used to be really easy on my Nokia N73) and the camera is a joke - slow, focus is inconsistent. Just a pain to use and very very disappointing overall.

I Really Like This Phone. Its Nice And Shiny And L

I really like this phone. Its nice and shiny and looks great. Admittedly it is more style than substance. The original firmware for this handset is glitchy as hell and the handset can freeze from time to time. Sadly I recently had to return it for repairs as all the none touch buttons ceased functioning! It seems to be in fine working order now and they upgraded the firmware which has corrected much of the glitchyness (Although not all). Takes a while to acclimatise to touch screen particularly with texting. I notice many reviewers have trouble texting on this handset, I have had lots of comments from people who think I have found that I can fire off texts really very quickly. I think its a matter of practise... I also found that I have switched from using my thumb to using my index finger when operating this phone. The web browser is reasonably fast, although it struggles to load full html pages and they can be hellish to navigate. Ideal for quick Wiki/Facebook/Dictionary checks. Best to stick to sites with mobile versions. Overall stylish but lacking the functionality some users may want.

This Is My Second Tocco, The First Was Faulty And

This is my second TOCCO, the first was faulty and was replaced by the seller. I absolutely loved my phone, had no problems with reception, thought it was the bees knees. Unfortunately, it developed some dark marks inside the screen. When I took it for repair under the guarantee, I was told the LCD was cracked and this was not covered by the warranty! The phone has not been dropped, is always kept in a sock to protect it from scratches and looks immaculate so I queried how this 'damage' could have occurred. Apparently the screen could have been accidentally pressed when in my bag!! So the moral of the story is, the Tocco is a brilliant phone as long as you keep it wrapped in cotton wool! Have contacted Samsung for their comments but not holding my breath.

I Was Seduced By The Stylish Good Looks Of This Ph

I was seduced by the stylish good looks of this phone (Samsung Tocco Light) but if you want my advice, 'STAY WELL CLEAR'. Within the space of a week I have stopped texting friends as the text input system is so infuriating and difficult to use that it makes what used to be an intuitive porcess to a frustratingly annoying one. I have given my phone to my wife and will never purchase one again. Just glad I dindt buy the full version. TOTAL NIGHTMARE, LEAVE ALONE!
