I Had The Sanyo S750 Mobile Phone For A Full Year,
I had the Sanyo S750 mobile phone for a full year, and I had used it mainly as my weekend phone. This doesn't mean I do not like it. It is a good phone.
The best thing about this phone are the features. The PIM is great; just what I had always wanted from a phone. You can store all kinds of stuff on it; almost like Outlook.
The camera is good for a 1 Mega-Pixel picture. There is some shutter lag, but not as bad as some real cameras.
Call quality is OK for the whole length of time I had it. There is a warning if the signal is getting weak, so you can move to a better area.
The main problem with this phone is that it is huge. It cannot fit comfortably into a jeans pocket.
The SD slot makes it easy to transfer stuff to and from the computer, but it only accepts SD cards and not MMC cards.
Bluetooth is very hard to set up on this phone. The manual is not of much use, BUT that is Orange's fault, not Sanyo's. Orange prints its own manual.

I'm Due For An Upgrade On My Mobile Phone, So I Lo
I'm due for an upgrade on my mobile phone, so I looked on the Orange website for an S750i (i currently own the S750). I couldn't find it so I rang them, and a lovely young lady (yes honestly) told me that they'd withdrawn them after only 8 weeks on the market, after so many had developed faults. Oops. I actually wanted one too.

I Think If You Read Kerrywba's Review That It Sums
I think if you read Kerrywba's review that it sums up everything I want to say about the Sanyo S750 mobile phone.
Generally, it is a robust phone with the capacity to be brilliant (if you fork out for USB cable and SD card), but standard memory is pretty abysmal, except for text messages (you can store hundreds and hundreds, which is more annoying than anything). Video quality pretty poor, but photo quality is brilliant. There is no capacity to transfer all your contacts to the SIM in one go (yes you have to do it one by one !), and it automatically stores contacts to the handset memory. I bought this phone so that I could synchronise it with my Orange email account and transfer my contacts to my PC for safety, but I was told after trying to do this unsuccessfully, that a mistake in the specification list stated that this was a feature, when actually it isn't.

I Would Have Liked To Have Known About The Video Q
I would have liked to have known about the video quality of the Sanyo S750 mobile phone, and the fact that the USB software was not compatible with Macs, before I bought the product. I would have also wanted to know for sure whether the SD card slot only took up to 256MB or 512MB.
I really love the big screen, and the picture quality is really good.
It really annoys me that the SD card slot can only take up to 512MB when 1GB cards are readily available.
What also annoys me is that I can't use the USB with my Mac.

I Have Had My Sanyo S750 Mobile Phone Since Januar
I have had my Sanyo S750 mobile phone since January this year. I upgraded via the Orange Website as I liked the look of the phone. Overall it is a good phone, although I don't think after the problems I have had I will be recommending this phone.
Within a couple of months I had to have a replacement handset due to it being faulty and not holding the battery charge. This problem is now solved, and the battery life is a little better, although not great.
Another problem I have is it crashing out. This will happen when I get a text and go to read it. The screen will go blank and the phone will reboot itself. This is annoying, as you have to switch it of manually after it has done this, or the little LED light will flash constantly until you do!!
A very good point is the camera though. I am well impressed with the quality of the pictures it takes. The video capture is iffy and poor quality, but static pictures are sharp and clear on the large screen. Best thing about this phone by far!!
Another downfall is the memory. It is something piddly like 5MB, and as this phone also plays MP3's, that's no good! But, to redeem this flaw, the memory card slot is invaluable, and almost any standard SD card fits. This is cool, as you don't have to buy any specific type. Just your bog standard run of the mill SD card will do the job!
I have also had the same problem as another reviewer with it cutting off before connecting you. I have given up now, and am just about to upgrade to a Samsung D600. Let's hope that one has less flaws than this!!

The Sanyo S750 Mobile Phone Is Disgusting. It Look
The Sanyo S750 mobile phone is disgusting. It looks like a brick, feels like one, and smells like one. It's too big! I sold mine within a week of having it because of this. It has no good features. The camera is rubbish, and when I tried to take a picture of a camel, it came out as a blur.

I Have Had My Sanyo S750 For 10 Months Now And It
I have had my Sanyo S750 for 10 months now and it that time I have had 3 replacements as the handsets have all had a problem with making calls when ever I try to make a call on the phone the phone will bring the number up on the screen ready to make thew call but when I press call the number will disappear and just return to the stand by screen. On average I have to try and make the call at least 5 times bofore the phone even does anything at first I thought this was a problem with network coverage but that quickly went out the window as I always have full signal and Orange can't seem to find the problem they just say the handset is faulty and send out a replacement.

The Sanyo S750 Is Amazing, It's Sorted Me Out A Tr
The Sanyo S750 is amazing, it's sorted me out a treat, and some of the things you can do are great. The sd card function is a life saver and draws your mobile phone and oc that closer together. You can even have an mp3 for a ringtone (use audacity to make your own for free! Just search for it on Google!)
I'm so chuffed with my Sanyo I don't think I will upgrade next year, it's just a bit ugly looking that's all! People may may laugh a little at you, but just show them what it does, they soon shut up!

Having Only Had The Sanyo S750 A Few Days I Am Onl
Having only had the Sanyo S750 a few days I am only able to give you first impressions of the product, the overall "package" is nicely put together in a reasonably attractive sliding case. I would have liked to see some sort of mechanism on the sliding area though. The screen quality is fantastic and the the 1.3 mpx pictures too. Only problem is that it doesn't seem to zoom in on the highest quality pictures. The keypad personally having large hands and fingers was tricky to use. My only problem is the limited memory internally and the fact that it keeps on saying that it's lost connection when going on the internet.
