This was the first time i habe ever had to unlock my phone. I researched 11 different companies along with watched YouTube videos on all to try and find the easiest, quickest and most creditable one. I will admit I did not trust anyone to remote into my commuter and let them take it over, but I went for it and tried them out and I do not regret it on bit. They kept me up to date on appointments they had as well as messaged me before our time started to verify if I was ready or needed more time. I was able to sit at my computer and watch everything he was doing and my favorite part was I I got to also instant message him at the same time with my questions and believe me I was asking allot. When we were done he stayed in with me to make sure everything was okay.

Sent a request to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S5. Made a little payment via PayPal, got a response after one day with my unlock code.

Now my phone accepts various service providers whereas before it was limited to T-Mobile.

I just asked him what if it takes longer than 5 days as their usual shipping is 1 to 5 days, but that guy became an asshead, I should have not use this the 2nd time, and I should have read the reviews on this site before purchasing again, not all people read term, especially when we made a purchase on other site with no problem and good customer service, 50 bucks is not worth destroying your own business, insulting is not a good idea specially when they use paypal, thats how unprofessional you are

The website just cheats for money. It won't give u unlock code and a refund.

Don't use them. I will try to get my money back from paypal.

I wouldn't touch them as a lawyer I will sue their ass! We should all get together and let people know of their scam!!!

After 24 hours I got an email telling me to wait for a refund as my phone could not be unlocked. Their phone number given does not exist. Paypal ignored my request to withhold payment.

My conclusion? SCAM

So many companies request payment by Paypal nowadays and I will refuse to do business with any of them. This must be the fifth or sixth time Paypal have facilitated a scam - they too ignore emails and their customer service is a joke.

Luckily, a few quid is neither here nor there. The principle is the galling issue.

Paid 30$ for an unlock code. They sent me software links that did not work. I asked for a refund and they have completely ignored me. Now im going to the BBB. Do not do business with them.

Paid my money didn't get anything. Customer service is rubbish, no help at all.

Basically the same story as the other reviews. They were unable to unlock my phone and I received an email advising me of this. I was promised a refund within 7 days yet 9 days later I am still waiting for my money. I have now opened a dispute through Paypal......
