Paid for a service only to be told I need to pay more for such service which I stupidly did. They did not provide any such service and ignore all emails I send. Please save your money and do not use this completely useless company.

I Paid $30 Aus To Unlock The Phone. They Responded
I paid $30 aus to unlock the phone. They responded that the code was not available, but told me that if I provided MORE money then they would somehow be able to unlock my phone after all. Obviously I declined this, then then provided a useless "refund" that can only be used on their website -to spend on more of their dodgy 'services'.
Really, go somewhere else.

I went through the procedure of having my phone checked and then told it could only be unlocked by USIM altogther I paid £4.95 and £29.95 so do all this and hours on computer trying to sort via e mail. This didn't work either. Communication was poor and took ages for a response. I asked for a refund but they seemed to avoid doing this! I went to another company and the unlocked my phone within hours..
ultimately which company did unlock the phone?

Beware!!! I've asked them to unlock my phone which was tied to one carrier and the technician was unsuccessful in doing so. And he proceeded to scold me for not being able to understand what happened. I MEAN THE POINT OF ME GETTING THEIR SERVICE IS TO BE ABLE TO USE A DIFFERENT CARRIER SIM ON MY PHONE AND AT THE END OF THE DAY I STILL CANT! And I have a problem with understanding?? Terrible! Stay away!

Everybody knows that Sprint is using a special simlock on their phones, but DoctorSim has: "100% reliable! In the rare event your phone cannot be unlocked for any reason under doctorSIM's responsibility, we will issue you a full refund." so what could go wrong - Well, they did send codes to go to the hidden unlocking submenu (didn't work) and $25,95 was down the drain.
Never ever use this company, save you money !

Excellent service, defo not a scam. Took a week to unlock network but i think thats normal for iphone.
Not costly either just what you would pay at a local shop, greak during lockdown, wish I had discovered it earlier.

To see if your Samsung Galaxy Note can be network unlocked, please click on the link on our site.
Then select the country and network provider and complete the fields as indicated.
Type *#06# into your phone's keypad to obtain the IMEI number and not from the packaging or a sticker on the phone itself.
IMPORTANT: A phone can be network unlocked if the software has not been modified, it has not been blacklisted by the original operator due to loss, theft or unpaid bill and is not locked with a personal passcode such as a PIN, iCloud account, Google Factory Reset Protection (FRP) etc.

I was given an iPhone X from a friend. They told me they bought it from Verizon and it was paid for and unlocked. I tried to take it to Walmart to switch it to a straight talk plan and it would not work. Why would that not?
I asked Doctor Sim to unlock my old Motorola phone so that I could use any sim card in it. This they did. I did not ask them to change the method of day to day payment for its use. I am sorry therefore that I cannot answer your question. Surely Walmart can tell you why they cannot do as you have asked.

I purchased a unlock on Wednesday and I have still not received a code yet and am starting to become worried now. I was curious if the website will continue to unlock phones over the weekend or if there will be no hope for me getting the code until Monday now? I haven't got another phone for me to use in the mean time so I'm desperate.
All our delivery times are in business hours/days, however, as the unlocking process is fully automated it is possible to receive your unlock code/unlocking instructions over the weekend and on holidays if they are available.
