They'll say your phone is blacklisted (even though it isn't) but they can solve it via premium method yet if you read the small writing it says they won't and thus take your money and do nothing then you'll never hear a reply from them again. Keep away keep far away from them.

I paid 19.99 to unlock my iPhone. 2 days later I get a message saying it will cost an EXTRA 44.99

I pay this and wait 14 days. Then it says there is a delay we will be in touch. That was 4 days ago and no response to my messages.

Terrible service all they do is pay standard youths who work on the inside of phone companies and process unlocks in their lunch hour. to which it is not efficient.

Avoid please. buy an unlock form ebay for 17.99 and you are guaranteed a refund.

Take your £19.99 and then tell you it will be £100.00 and that there are no refunds.

II had bought the unlocking service for £20 and relieved another email after purchasing requesting another £90. I stated that it was not clear on the website that this was the full cost of the service and the man was rude to me in the email suggesting that I hadn't read the guidelines properly. Given that I've now got my phone unlocked by my service provider for £20 total I think this service is disgusting. I asked for my money back with the 14 day period and still haven't received a response from the company. Pretty shocking as when they thought they'd be getting the second payment I had a few email exchanges. Customer service is so shoddy!!!!

I had an easy unlock - AT&T iPhone 5 I bought with my AT&T plan 9 mos ago. The officialiphoneunlock.co.uk website promised 48 hrs to unlock. After payment I waited a week but no unlock. Kept checking status, which showed as "submitted". 3 weeks later no response to customer service e-mails, and no unlock. I reversed the charge on my credit card. STEER CLEAR OF THEM. Al final me contestan después de 25 emails que la culpa es de Orange y que tengo que pagar otros 139.99£ por liberar el iPhone 4 y ellos no quieren saber nada. Simplemente por no hacer nada te cobran 20£.

Do not use Official Iphone Unlock.co.uk, i suspect they have never unlocked any iphone and all the positive reviews are fakes.I got my phone checked out using the CHECKMEND service when it came back clean i went ahead with the unlock, 17 days later i get a message saying my phone is Blacklisted and i'm not entitled to a refund. Since i have checked other forums all with the same story. Please AVOID

When I thought I had done something wrong they were quick at responding and my unlock was done the same day. Was really simple to do. Great help thank you.
