10 days later, 3 times asking for updates. Zero response and zero code from Sim-Unlock.net.
For users in the US, $14 is not much (two beers) so I chose to curse their existence instead of getting a refund. Not even worth the disappointment. Avoid without hesitation. Look somewhere else.

Beware Hidden Charges!
I’d give no stars if possible. Paid what appeared to be the full cost upfront and the following day received an email asking for a final payment in order to complete the unlock process which was more than double what I’d already paid. Apparently this information is hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I felt like it was a random demand and it all seemed very underhand and deceptive. I won’t ever use them again. Make sure you read ALL the small print before you pay anything.

I sent them and inquiry before i make a purchase and got a swift response however once I placed the order and got a confirmation i received no response and no codes. They ignored all email and now we are beyond the maximum processing time and still nothing ...
If you have some extra cash to throw away then they would be your best bet, otherwise stay away !! You will get absolutely nothing!!

I sent them an IMEI for an Iphone XR. They responded with an email for a completely different IMEI (For an Iphone 6)
Sent about one email a week for 4 weeks, never get a response.
Note that other customers say same thing.

I paid $ 26.00 for unlocking a Motorola and they never sent me the code and they kept the money.

No Code Received After Payment
Code ordered 12/31/2018. Payment cleared my credit card account on 1/2/2019 $29.99. I have not received the code by email or through my phone. I have emailed 3 times. Absolutely no response. So far there has been NO customer service and the value for my money is zero.
This is fully accurate. I have had the same experience pretty much.
Original purchase date 29/04/19, its now 02/05/19 and are dodging all contact. I received one email on day one saying it will be done today and its now day four. I have asked for refund and it has been ignored so I'm forced to go through my bank.
The single most useless and fraudulent company I have ever dealt with.
