Purchased Service Not Delivered
Purchased a bloatware - rebrand package from them including 2 hours guaranteed service, $70 USD. They did not deliver, have not ansered emails or web messages asking for clarification and assistance and do not respond to phone calls. Very disappointed

My view is that techmajesty is a huge sham. I've made several attempts to attain a status of my order number with no response for 2 weeks. I have no alternative but to contact my credit card company and initiate a complaint with the better business bureau and the florida department of commerce and consumer affairs

Horrible Company.stay Away From This Company
Paid for expedited service and their product didn't work. I asked to return product and get my refund. They have disappeared. I will post conversation soon. Hope they get shut down. Should've just given me my money back.

Don't Do It!
I paid Tech Majesty for expedited processing to unlock my phone. When placing the order, all the information was there. Type of phone, carrier, etc. Paid the total that came up including the additional fee for it to be done within 1-2 hrs. I sent 2 emails while at work and 1 additional email checking the status of my order when I got home from work. I got a response 14 hrs later from when the order was placed. I then had to send additional information about my phone. I then was informed that my phone was newer and blah blah so the cost was going to be and additional $40 but because I'm a new customer they would wave it. So im thankful and wait. Day 7 and no code, no update, no response to emails asking for a status check. So I've sent an email asking for a refund. Not one time did anyone apologize for any of this. No call to talk about the situation. Nothing. This is absolutely horrible customer service and I don't think they can do the job that you pay them for. Otherwise I feel it wouldn't be so complicated. Guess this explains why you can't call and talk to a human.
