I ordered a replacement battery for my 5 year old Dell laptop. The first one that came wouldn't charge and having tried their suggested hacks, it simply didn't work. the second one charged fine but went from 95% charge to 6% in about 5 minutes. They did accept the return and refunded the purchase price but did not refund the postage as they confirmed they would.
