This Is Undoubtedly The Worst Phone I've Ever Boug

This is undoubtedly the worst phone I've ever bought. We've got 3 of them in our house and they are awful. The menu is incredibly unintuitive - eg the date on the answering machine tends to change randomly - you actually have to get the manual out each time you want to change the date back to what it should be, as the menu is so terrible.

The sound quality is also pretty poor, despite supposedly being one the selling points.

One of the handsets/base units no longer rings, which is a bit annoying.

The 'page' functionality is quite useful - we have 3 floors in our house, so if you're on the top floor its quite handy to be able to talk to someone in the house who's on the ground floor/in the garden - although you have to really concentrate to remember how the paging system works, as again its not very user friendly.

All in all, a phone should be an incredibly simple device - there's not that much to it - but BT have someone managed to make the software on this completely counter intuitive and just for good measure, appear to have encased the software in a pretty sub-standard piece of hardware.

Avoid. At all costs.
