BT Synergy 5500 Twin

I bought the twin handset with answerphone. It has a sim card reader so I transferred all my numbers to the first handset easily. I then copied the address book to the other handset (have since bought another expansion handset and copied it again). I like the fact that the answerphone can be used via buttons on the base or on the handsets. The tones are not very good but then I am not expecting it to be realtones like my mobile. The tones are loud enough and you can choose different ones for handset and base. The charge lasts well and calls are quite clear although sometimes have a bit of an echo. The handsets use 2 AAA rechargeable batteries so they will be easy to replace if necessary. The base for the expansion phone is quite long and it is easy to knock the handset off. I am pleased with my purchase but I did not pay full price as I bought it reconditioned.
