Where Do I Start? I Tried To Give This This A Good

Where do I start? I tried to give this this a good go, over two weeks of use. I even bought some powder stick to try and absorb every last bit of oil off my skin. I can never seem to get a close, no stubble left, close shave with it. My previous Phillips 71xx blew this Braun out of the water, hands down (it was $79). The Braun seems to take forever to shave with, pushing 25 minutes (with only 2 days of growth), leaves me with a rash, and stubble scattered everywhere during shaving. This might sound like a really negative review, but I tried everything to make it work for me, but no use as of yet.

One Of The Criticism I See From Previous Reviews I

One of the criticism I see from previous reviews is that the Braun CruZer3 Men's Foil Shaver with Beard Trimmer on a dry shave it isn't very smooth and require multiple passes. This being my first time I paid £50 something for a mere shaver, compared to my old one (another Braun but with a circular three pad-thing). I have to say it's more or less the same result (but I must admit it was my first time with a flat-pad like shaver). Which is disappointing considering my previous one cost only £40-ish.But the beauty of this beast is when you use it wet, the long hair trimming attachment comes into it's own, by flipping it up on the wide bit and shaving either in the shower or with shaving cream the dual action of the trimmer and powerful "buzzer" (the trick is to shave "upwards" with the trimming tool cutting first then the close shaving bit cleans up behind) gives me a baby smooth face every time. Now, I only use it dry for the short-12 o'clock shadow briskly look that I like, with the help of the plastic attachment. The long beard plastic attachment for the trimmer is more or less un-used as I rarely leave my face-bush to get out of hand. For an all rounder, wet and dry, powerful buzzing motor I have to say it has been well worth £70.Without the additional attachment not so much, but the joy of being able to wet shave without the fear of slicing my throat is the best feeling ever.
