to be honest I used them daily for personal use and also on my clients ( i am wedding hair stylist and make up artist)so I think the many hours I got out of them was worth the money.

I called corioliss and asked if they offered repair service - unfortunately they don't at their UK head office. However I did speak to lovely gentleman who I believe was one of the managers and he generously offered me discount to buy a new pair. all he required was the serial code.

I am in love with this iron, but my heart was broken: the first month of use, in the digital appeared a message of ERROR, they changed it. Now I have been using it for 10 month, and the same error. I have been waiting for a month, and they says they are waiting for more, and I am still with no Iron.

I bought my firt pair of these straighteners less then 3 years ago and im now on my 5th pair as they keep packing up. my most recent pair have lasted less then 2 months and i take great care of them and use them for about 10 minutes a day.They are the best pair of sraightners ive had but thats when there actually working. i do get the new ones on my garantee but still its crazy how naff the electrics are.

these hair straighteners are the best ever bought better than GHD i give them 10/10 i would recommend anyone wanting to buy a decent pair of hair straightners to buy these i have tried nearly every pair on the market and even have a pair of GHD these out beat all. i have naturally curly hair and found that even without any hair straightening product available i was able to get naturally looking straight hair without frizz that looked like i'd stepped out of a salon THESE ARE FANTASTIC xxxxxxxxxxxx sue, west yorkhire

Iv had my Corioliss straightners for over 2 and a half years now and they have been great! The iron plates keep your hair in great condition compaired to ceramic plates. I always speak very highly of them. BUT!, recently, just after my 2 year warranty ran out, a light has began to appear on the digital display saying "EHA". Im not 100% what this means but it can't be good. Iv contacted the dealer and they are charging me £50 to get them sent down to England to get fixed as they seem to think its a small fault in them :(! (but i wouldn't be left wihtout straighteners as they are sending replacements up until they are fixed) I'm quite gutted really as they were not cheap! Although in saying all that, every product has their faults. I would certainly never go back to any other straightner and would be quite happy to get them repaired for that price as they are fantastic!

Bought these for £120, thought i'd treat myself as my old kodo straighteners were on their way out.

I'm mixed race, so have thick, curly/frizzy hair. These ruined my hair, left it dull and even drier with no shine. - avoid unless you have european type hair. My advice kodo's are the best, even better than GHDs!

The Corioliss C2 Ultra Slim Digital Straightener is great! sleek, shiny hair. straight or curly. absolutely fantastic. HOWEVER, I've only had the irons for 1 month and the spring popped out. I'm so gutted. So, a word of warning, take care of them!

corioliss is a very good hair staightener. It was been over a year since I bought it and it's still very good and it's still the second best straightner. It only takes about 30 seconds to warm up like over straigheners. There is nothing I don't like about it. I love thing straightner becuase it's quick and easy to use.

I was persuaded to buy Corioliss C2 Ultra Slim Digital Straightener - Limited Edition Red Leopard by a Mall demonstrator when I wasn't even looking for straighteners! I was extremely annoyed to learn when I got home that I had paid £40 OVER the average price and the sales lady had assured me that I was getting them at a £20 discount! However, I found the straighteners fantastic! Having natural Afro Caribbean hair, I was amazed at how the C2 got my hair salon straight with very little effort. Admittedly I have to use it on the highest setting of 210 degrees for best results but I think these tongs are second to none. That said, I did find that within 3 months the plates started to peel (probably due to the high heat) and that where the plates were stripped it would tug at my hair! Unfortunately the Corioliss plates are not covered by the guarantee but I have sent a letter off to them today to complain about the short plate life as I resent having to buy the same make again within 6 months but I wouldn't choose any other product for straightening my hair. You do have to be really careful with these on the highest setting though - they are hell hot!
