I recently bought a set of the new "choose Your Destiny" GHD Red Lust hair straighteners and i have to say i am incredibly satisfied with them. If youre going to spend over £100 on a set of hair straighteners, you would expect hair perfection, well i can tell you thats exactly what i achieved with this straightener. I can curl, wave, straighten, volumise, flick and twist my hair - theres no hairstyle you cannot achieve with these GHD's. Ive previously owned GHD's - MK3's and although they were great they only achieve a fraction of what the new GHD MK4 Red Lust "choose Your Destiny" can achieve, plus the warranty made me feel very assured.
I bought mines from a site that compared all the UK's prices so that i got the lowest price, its a genuine GHD approved website and only uses the most reputable companies.
Hope My Review Was Useful - Oh just to point out, i left my GHD's on by accident but after 15 minutes of inactivity, they automatically went into 'cool down' mode so not to cause any accidental burns or fires and when i go on holiday at the end of the year, i know i'll always have a good hair day because they adapt universally to their voltage - woohoo!

GHD Mk4 Hair Straighteners are expensive, but work well. Not a long lasting product in my experience - not a good investment!
I found this review not helpful because... sounds like perhaps the wiring problem could have involved "user error" - - maybe she pulled the plug out by the wire so it was damaged??

I think ghd is the best straightener. I have recently got the latest version, the IV styler and I love it! They heat up really quickly, worldwide voltage, 2 year warranty, turn off after 30 mins. No other straighter can straighten my hair that well and also keep it straight until the next time I wash it. Plus it leaves my hair really shiny and smooth. There are so many fakes about at the min you have to make sure you are buying from an actual ghd seller. Would recommend highly.

I Was Unsure If I Should Purchase These Or Not As
I was unsure if I should purchase these or not as I had heard that they damage hair more than other straightners but actually my hair is straightend daily and is still in good condition. They are far better than any other irons I have used so in my opinion are worth the extra few pounds. Another thing putting me off was that a lot of people said there's had stopped working but if you do not twist the cable- this will not happen. I have had my GHDs for nearly a year now and they are great still, also my mums salon uses GHDs and have never let her down.

How did I live without my GHD hair straighteners? Love the new feature that beeps when its heated up.
Also the thought of the 30 minute cut out is great when I'm diving to work and not sure if I did turn them off! (which I usually have!). Brilliant straightening - would recommend.

the best present my boyfriend got me these GHD MK4 hair straighteners, he can stick around for a while now haha! no serious these straighteners are hot stuff, it really makes a difference. My hair is poker now in no time. Get you boyfriend to get you some!
