T3 Tourmaline Straighteners

I have had my pair of tourmaline straighteners 7 years and used them everyday for work and personally. unfortunately they sparked and died last week which made me very sad as they have been fantastic. I will be purchasing another pair for sure x xlxt

I purchased these straighteners in 2005 for £75, best buy ever, have not needed the hairdressers since, saved a fortune. Now I cut my hair myself and use the straighteners to curl under the ends so if my cut is not brill it doesn't matter.

My hair is very thick I look like a lion when I blow dry it which I do every two days and it looks dull and dry. I then use my straighteners and my hair magically becomes sleek, shiny and super soft.

I am writing this review as my husband has said that after 7years I deserve to buy a new pair, so I am on the net looking for the exact same straighteners brand new.

If I had known how wonderful these straighteners where I would have purchased a pair years ago in my twenties, I would have had to fight the men off.

I have had these straighteners since about 2004 and they are still working for me. Last year I was travelling through the US and so couldn't use them there. I purchased two other straighteners in the US - one was a cordless one, which was only cheap and was not good at all. It would only be useful for my fringe, when I have one. The other one was by Royale and is okay, but I only used it whilst I was travelling and now only to do curls. It pulls my hair and I feel like my hair is breaking when I use it.

So, I am amazed and really, really pleased that the Hairart ones are still working. I have thick, wavy asian hair and so I need a straightener with a high temperature. It takes me about four mins to do a quick job and about ten minutes if I do it properly with clips and in sections. I have long hair, which is another reason I bought the wider plates. I think that makes a huge difference too. The only downside - if you can call it that, is that it is quite heavy - but because it takes such little time to do my hair, it is not a problem to me at all.

I used a very expensive Sedu flat iron for the last year. My long hair turned into Rupunzel hair. I thought there was something wrong with me it was so bizarre. My hair was getting wavier and wavier over time and taking me longer and longer to try to get all the waves out - a vicious circle. I tried lower settings, all types of heat protectants, didn't help. It broke and I decided to try the T3 Tourmaline-Hairart 1-3/4". I had used a similar flat iron before. After a week my hair is normal again! Straight, shiny. I am so relieved I have my silky straight hair back.

I've had a hair art straightener for about 5 yrs now.. and i absolutely love it....my hair is frizzy and dull and the hair art straightener makes my hair smooth, straight and itt shines :)

I wouldn't trade the hairart for any other flat iron. I which that I could afford to purchase the pink hairart blow dryer to go along with the flat irons, then my collection would be complete.

My mum brought me Hairart T3 Tourmaline Straighteners christmas 2007 and they are fab. My hair is naturally extremely curly and i have very thick hair and these straighteners do a fab job of getting it straight and staying straight. Excellent!

I absolutely love them! I have thick, wavy hair and can only get really straight hair at the hairdressers. Well, I've spent 5 minutes straightening my hair and the results are amazing! Practically the same as what is achieved at the hairdressers! LOVE THEM!
