Terrible! !!!!!
Disgusting place. Grubby. Smelly. With the worst and most rude managers I have ever had the displeasure in talking to. Harassed all day by a manager who insisted my child was above the 92 cm line . No problem,so I paid for him . To then have a private conversion invaded by the so called manger and being told id have to leave! ! My friend had just paid £ 75 for memberships too ! All the children in our party were so upset by all of this on what was supposed to be a fun day out . To make matters worse one of the Halloween staff made a quite frankly rude an insulting comment to my 12 year old neice about her eyebrows! Absolutely disgraceful. Which resulted in her being reduced to tears . Unbelievable. Will never ever be returning. And will advise anybody who asks to avoid this dump .

Caught Out By Automatic Anual Membership Renewal
They automatically renewed an annual membership and no matter how I tell them I don't want it - I can't get any sense out of them.
Stay away from this place.

Brilliant Day Out
We were a party of six two in our sixties with thirties parents and two small children. We could have not wished for a better day out. There was something for all of us Crealy Devon is certainly a park for children of all ages (even 63!)
The staff were brilliant bright cheerful knowledgeable and very friendly and so helpful. The theme park had so many attractions, both inside and out and everywhere was well maintained and very clean. I cannot see how anyone could find fault.
There were plenty of very clean toilets and food outlets. The food could have been highly expensive but it was not it was reasonable and there were plenty of choices.
The animals were well looked after and seemed very happy.
All in all a wonderful day out for all ages. GO AND ENJOY!
Poor Management
Having had many good days at Crealy, this wasn't one of them! We went on the Aqua Blasters, as we have done before, only this time someone had paid to use the water jet at the side of the pool. I can only describe it as a fire hose strength blast directly over us, causing my daughter to scream hysterically whilst we both got utterly drenched! The 'boats' can only move slowly so it was a few seconds before I could manoeuvre us to the dock to climb out. The young lad on duty was marvellous, sympathetic and offering to get someone to turn the big dryer by the tidal wave on, to get us dry. I could see he was busy so said I'd take it up with a manager. That proved completely pointless! The manager had clearly never had any customer service training and was completely disinterested. We were obliged to leave to go home shortly after as we were too wet (and cold) to continue our day there. Very disappointed!!

A Desperate Place Where Everything Costs Extra. Abysmal.
Our family went to Crealy last week and almost instantly regretted it. Everything in there seemed to have an extra charge on top of the already over priced entrance fee which I find utterly deplorable. To pay over £60 to get in and then have things cost more on top!! the staff I had to deal with were very young, poorly trained and as miserable as sin. Food was expensive and bland and I left Crealy feeling very angry. I can honestly say I didn't like anything about this place. Even my two boys (7 & 3) left disappointed. I will never go again. the following day we went to Trago Mills in Exeter which was obviously free to enter. they had rides shops and food which were much much cheaper and the kids loved it! Take my advice and go there instead. You can even buy some cheap shopping whilst there.

We Love Crealy World
I have two children who are 6 and 8 and we come down to devon every year just so we can spend a few days in Crealy. The soft play area with the drop slides is fantastic and the ponies that you can brush are my childrens favorites. The live shows in the tent are great, we did lots of big dancing to Bob the Builder last year and we are coming back again at Easter.I wish we had a theme park like this nearer to Portsmouth its great!! we paid to get in with Clubcard vouchers but even if we hadn't the admission is reasonable for what you get inside.

Expensive And Awful Food.
Me, my husband, sister, her boyfriend and my 15 month old son, were on holiday in Devon and thought it would be a good idea to visit crealy for the day. What a terrible mistake that was. The soft indoor play areas are very old and tired looking, they are in need of a make over. I already expected them to be in better condition after we had paid £60 for us all to get in.
The animal section was good fun as you can feed some of them (for an extra cost) i have to say this was the only part of the day we enojyed. After finding out that you have to pay extra for alot of rides we were all very disapointed.
We then went on to get dinner at Route 66. What a mistake this was, my husband had a beef burger and chips (meal) and i had a chicken burger meal which was nearly £14, but nowhere else in the park was open to eat. My sister had a chicken nugget meal, and her boyfriend had a cheese burger meal. He had one of my sisters nuggets, at the time i didnt think the chicken burger tasted great but i didnt think any more of it. (We visited the park on thursday October 18th) That night i had terrible stomach ache, but didnt think anymore of it. However on friday afternoon me, my sister and her boyfriend fell TERRIBLY ill. We could not stop being sick, and we were stuck on the toilet for 2 days, i am positive that it came from crealy as that was the only place that we had eaten chicken together. My husband and son were both fine as they did not eat the chicken. I am very dissapointed in crealy as after paying £100 for a day out and food i expected alot better then this. I will not be going back and i would advise anybody whos planing on going there to either take there own food or reconsider going there at all.

I First Went To Crealy When I Was About 4, And I L
I first went to crealy when I was about 4, and I loved it. Went back when I was about 13, had a nice day out. Went back last year when I was 16 and I was SO bored for the whole day.
Went with my sister (14 at the time) and my stepsister (5) and parents. It was fairly expensive to get in and took a while. Basically if you're planning on taking anyone over the age of 12, forget it! They're going to be bored and complaining all day.
There's quite a lot to do, but not for 12+ really. Except the log flume and the rides and a few other things, but it's not that fun.
The animal parts quite good, the fact that you can touch them and stuff, but yet again, takes about 10 minutes to walk around, have a look and then out again.

My Grandson And His Friend Got Stuck In The Simula
My grandson and his friend got stuck in the simulator. The alarm was going but nobody came. I found the nearest employee who didn't have a clue until I shouted at her and she got somebody else who had the sense to call maintenance. The children (both aged nine) were terrified and crying. I then looked round the park at the age and number of employees working at the park.
I would leave others to decide whether the park is putting profits before safety and well being of their guests. If I hadn't been there what would have happenned?
