With a playable roster of 55 selectable fighters that are gradually unlocked with experience points, Marvel vs Capcom 2's level of replay is monolithic. The 2D graphics are a pinnacle for both the Dreamcast's abilities and the 2D sprite medium, and few 2D fighting games have this much fluid detail.
