Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town

Harvestmoon is a nice and good game

I wanted to play Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town since it came out. It is awesome if you are looking for an addictive game that has fun events and (if you dont have one) a dog that when your puppy grows up you can take to the beach and play frisbee. If you like a good story line then this is for you - it can relate to any age and leave you happy. I guarantee that you'll be sad to come off it.

HArvest Moon is the best game i have EVER played. i pratically live off of this game (okay, yeah, i got addicted within 5 minutes, and now im really obsessed). i think ANYONE would love this game. this is like my second life with a farm. everything is pretty much based off of real life (i guess).

I love Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town! i practically live off of it! its too bad, the stores don't sell it anymore, so i had to search for it for two years. ebay would have worked, but i waited for a cheap price that never really came until i got the game. i finally found it at gamestop though, it was used, and it was expensive for a used game, but i had to get it.

The Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town game may be a "Just roll through a daily schedule"-like game, but you HAVE to give the games creator-whizzes a good pat on the back. After all, only people who DO have a like for gore-less gaming are people who might have the most common sense. HM ALL THE WAY, PEOPLE!!!

I am in love with this game! I recomend it to everyone who loves animals and farms. I liked that you can play for so long and that there are secret passages through the game. That when you get married and have a kid, it can only be a boy.

There are somethings that are permanent when you fine them. such as cursed tools which are bad but can be fixed & power berries which increases your stamina and some things called jewels. they are kappa jewels, harvest goddess jewels & jewel of truth. I think there are some bonuses by collecting 9 in each. and then the farm which is your money making factory. here you can plant harvest and grow livestocks and get thing from them too as i said before. i recommend that it's better to grow lots of cabbage in spring pineapple in summer and sweat potato in autumn for lots of income . having the harvest sprite for work will help well . the out coming of the livestok's quality (milk, eggs, wool) depend on there affection on us. you will have a dog & horse in this game which grow till adult. But keeping your horse with you depends on your care. if not the person who gave it to you will take it back in a year. next your girl and marriage. i recommend you to be a little quick in this case. Because you have rivals waiting for their chance. but before marriage you should fully upgrade your house with the big bed. and for propose to your girl she must have the red heart and you will need a blue feather which you will get it from the super market(when your girl has enough affection towards you) . after marriage you can have a child and name him. and you will get some houses as bonus for connecting with "HARVEST MOON: A WONDERFUL LIFE" you will get a seaside house. for being married for many years you will get the mountain cottage. and you must earn 1000 000 000 and have 999 wood. and be sure to make friends in th town. it might help in some ways. like if you give wool in winter for the old lady who can't walk she'll give you a sock. which helps to get presents on winter 25th night.

If you have chickens, keep them outside on sunny days (exept for winter), it will save alot of money! Putting cows and sheep outside, however, will make them ill. Keep an eye on the lady of your dreams! Popuri runs off with Kai after 5 years and you never see her again! Karen and Rick are sometimes found together and will become married after a while, if you don't move in quick! If you want to upgrade tools, wait until winter to upgrade watering can. During winter, if you don't find sleeping to scratch your itch, mine! There's a special mine that is only available during winter! If you turn blue STOP! Go take a dip in the hot springs, or take a bath, then go to bed. Throw a cucumber in the spring everyday and after ten consecutive days and she will give you a power berry! Order things off the T.V. on Saturdays, no matter the cost. Be married for either 15 or 50 years and you will get a mountain cottage! (I've never personally got it, but I've heard rumors) In the spring grow CABBAGE!! You get tons of money, I've made 15,000 in one day, but that's only because I couldn't harvest all my cabbage in one day. In the summer grow tomatoes and corn if you have chickens! (put the corn in the thing beside the door and you get 30 chicken feed) In the fall grow whatever! The fall isn't the 'money making' season. Just wait till the next year to become a monopoly! In your dog's house there is a jewel of truth! Also in your horses water there is one. Become friends with the guys that live behind the church.

Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town ROCKS! I love playing this game on my Game Boy Advance, well actually I love all Harvest Moon games.

Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town is a little bit of harmless fun but also extremely addictive! Control your farm, buy animals, grow some veggies and get yourself a wife! Very fun but I was dissapointed with the repetativeness and the fact that your child never grows up. Overall, good and a nice break from all the violence in games.
