Crash Tag Team Racing (PS2)

For me I think that this Crash Tag Team Racing was a bit of a let down. After the scene of pride of completing twin sanity I was ready to sink my teeth into yet another (presumably) great crash game.

It was all going well until I was about three races in. Sure in this latest crash driving game you have the opportunity to get out and explore on foot but I really don't think that there was any point in putting in that feature it just makes the game harder.

However... the game delivers a feeling of expectancy when you CLASH CARS! This I think makes up for most of the faults with the game. With every car there is a different combination, for example clash crashes 1st car with crunches 3rd and you get a mean lean turret blasting machine!(see what I did there!) the cars look fantastic but are slow, even with the added speed boost you are unable to overtake with ease characters who base there car on speed rather than turning of acceleration (eg crunch)

The turret guns are unique for each character but I would say n-gins missile launcher when upgraded to a level 3 is deadly! one blast and you have taken out 2-3 cars, this is great if you want to save ammo which is quickly used up by other characters and there guns.

So that is my review of crash tag team racing!

The Crash Tag Team Racing PS2 game has great music and I love the gameplay, unfortunately the graphics are poor.
