Star Wars: Battlefront (PS2)

Good game...Much better than the BF2.

1. No rebels doing annoying things like shoot DEAD imerial bodies and lauging at their corps.

2. The game is not Jerky unlike BF2

3. Baspin

4. Geonosis-Republic gunship and techno union ships unlike BF2...Geonosis SUCKS in BF2..which is WHY I NEVER PLAY IT!

5. You can PLAY ALL the CHARACTERS at the beginning rather than earning STUPID POINTS in BF2

This game is really good, and brings back a sense of nostalgia for any true fan. Its a must have. May the force be with all of us...

Star Wars: Battlefront is an excellent game - not overly complicated game play. You don't need 17 fingers, 3 thumbs and have to memorise the controls instructions from the manual to be able to play.

Recommend to everyone who likes shootem-ups.

I think Star Wars: Battlefront is excellent and would thoroughly recommend it. It can be picked up cheap enough and offers great value for money as it takes a while to complete, having said that I'm no expert gamer. It is great fun running round blasting stormtroopers etc., and the graphics are quite good considering the games age.

Brilliant is a word that suits the Star Wars: Battlefront PS2 game well.

When I first played Battlefront it was at a friends house, and I thought it was pretty good, so I bought it and I never looked back. It's so much fun. It's a simple game. You pick a side, rebels, cis, empire, and you fight your way through planets. When you complete a planet you unlock a bonus; basically some sort of cheat you can use against your enemy on the next planet. You can destroy their radars or bring a Jedi with you. Unfortunately you can't play as a Jedi. Once you have completed the game it does get a little boring, but it is still fun to come back to it every now and then, and it is still a fantastic game. You should go out and buy it.

I think the Star Wars: Battlefront PS2 game should only played by first timers to Battlefront, but once they get the hang of it they should switch to Battlefront 2, which is the best game out there! It is a big jump from Battlefront 1 to 2, and I'm glad for the sake of Battlefront fans.

Star Wars: Battlefront is true to all the usual characters from Star Wars plus some new ones. There are lots of different vechicles to try out and you can play from both sides of the force.

Battles are intense and will keep you rooted to your chair.

Good online and enjoyable to do battle with others (Need though to watch out for the odd person who breaks all the rules).

Graphics are brilliant.

This review is based on my sons views and he says it is the game every Star Wars fan must have.
