The Punisher (PS2)

No game is ever perfect, so this one, it is just as flawed as all the other ones. It is a good action packed game if you don't care about earning points. Because there is no escaping getting shot. There two ways to play the game with all its cheats, which is fun because you suffer no damage at all.

You cannot save within checkpoints. Continue playing till you reach the end of the checkpoint, which is irritating. Many checkpoints are very long. If one does nto continue playing you are reverted to the beginning of the checkpoint and redo everything. Replaying a mission does not add to points. There is no planning ahead, enemies emerge only when you walk a certain distance, so you are always caught by surprise. Enemies spawn endlessly.

The Punisher is great, there are many different weapons including flame throwers and multiple machine guns. You also have machine gun hand guns that you can use. The use of knives in this game is amazing, and very gory. Awesome ways to break people into giving you info including a pool of acid and a drop drill through the opponents skull. He is also possibly one of the coolest characters in gaming.
