Nonno Pino, Burton Latimer

Mediocre and expensive, but quiet, friendly staff.

Just had the midweek 'Special' for £11 per head. A special menu only accessible in the venue itself. Starter was great - Tomato Bruschetta - Mushrooms on toast , howvever the "Main Meal" we both had Sea Bass with Potatoes & Orange Sauce with Capers - the portion was tiny almost insulting. Anyway after spending £28 for two on a Tuesday night we feel well ripped off, so punters dont bother ! We will not be back - we were only specking this place out and feel sadly dissappointed

anti pasta had spanish chirozo on it and mini mozzalella balls...

totally wong and tasteless.

average price of main ordered was £17 , inc mash and veg,

plate of veg that came was bearly enough for 2 people and had to order more.

deserts were ordered at 10 pm and after complaining about wait still took 40 mins. paid bill of close to £170 money taken and not even a goodbye or thanks for coming on showing ourselves out of the door.

Everything about Nonno Pino in Northamptonshire is good; food, ambiance is great. I forgot I was actually sitting in the middle of Burton Latimer. I could have been in a top hotel restaurant in Italy. Super food well made the real Italian way. Great modern restaurant.
