Great Value

I went not long ago for my birthday party lunch time and may only say that this place is exceptional, Divin, delightful, pleasing. There possibly aren't enough adjectives to spell out this places excellence.there were starters, mains and desserts and all four of us had nothing at all to complain about, for my in laws, saying a lot and we were still speaking regarding how good that it was this morning. Our waitress was talkative and shared his opinion on the menu that is something I completely treasure and the chef became available to speak to us which can be something If only more places would do the way it shows a concern and appreciation with the customers.Service was friendly and proficient too. A wine was recommended to fit the dishes we had chosen and bread, butter and water was proferred rapidly.Mains included a range of dishes, I don't recall what everyone had as we all started sharing food using a delighted promiscuity.Being absolutely honest, I think this can be my new favourite restaurant.

Brilliant

I went here on recommendation on 30/10/11 with my family. The place was encouragingly busy and bustling.

ABU ZAAD was spotlessly clean, service was prompt. The waiters are really busy so can't spend time waiting over you, but they do try to be helpful.

The food is simple carefully cooked and exceptionally fresh.

My children had a Tajine, lamb stuffed courgette, and Frika Lamb. Not a morcel was left. They are still talking about the melt-in-your-mouth meat.

My Shawarama perfectly presented and still hot. My wifes grill cooked, not burnt.

So 5 mains, 2 sides, 5 juices, 2 deserts, cost ? £60.

Everyone stuffed and happy. Best money I have spent in ages

Unreserved recommendation.
