Azzurro Waterloo

Had couple of drinks with some friends.Had really nice time. We intend to visit this place again .

One Saturday we met with some friends for a quick drink before heading off for dinner. Our friends already had drinks on their way so when the waitress came over with them we ordered an orange juice and hot chocolate.

Deciding to move inside as it was a little cold we waited for our drinks for about 15 minutes during which time another waitress came over asking if we wanted any more drinks so we mentioned we were waiting still for ones we had ordered.

They arrived and as soon as we had finished them we were handed our bill even though we had hoped to get another round of drinks in before we left. Trying to attract our waitress’s attention was difficult as we got the impression that she didn’t want to come over. We managed to catch her eye and she motioned that she would be over soon.

We waited another five minutes, she then walked straight past us to another table that had just sat down and just said to us that she would be over soon. We decided to leave a few minutes later as it was obvious she wasn’t coming over any time soon.

This was my first time here and on the service that we received I don’t think I’ll be going again anytime soon.
