Bombay Bicycle Club, Twickenham

We actually ordered a takeaway from Bombay Bicycle Twickenham and were quite dissapointed with the results.

They had given us assurances that it would take no longer than 45 minutes - then after 50 minutes it hadn't arrived so we called them up - only to be given the standard response of "it should be with you in the next few minutes".

It took another 15 minutes to arrive, so 20 minutes late and taking over an hour in total - which isn't really acceptable in my view (if we'd know it would take this long when we ordered we would have ordered elsewhere).

Then, when it arrived, they had not delivered the right order so we had to make our own rice, which was a pain.

I called them up to tell them how dissapointed I was, and they offered to put a flag on my record to ensure that this does not happen again. I would have thought they would always try to ensure that this doesnt happen though, surely?!

Overall, the food was OK - but not amazing - and the service was highly dissapointing so I wont be using these guys again.
