Raizes Brazilian Restaurant, Bethnal Green

Had a Wowcher but when handed in and halfway through the meal they informed me that the voucher had been redeemed already and made me pay the full price (double what was on the voucher for 2). I queried it and asked them to tell me when it was redeemed as I suspected them of doing it after I handed it over and was sat down, they told me that they had no control over it as redemption is done at the Wowcher end. Queried it with Wowcher (awful customer services as I had to chase them a number of times to get a refund), wowcher told me that redemption is at the restaurant end. Hence Raizes knew what they were doing!
