Where do i start, poor service, cramped, dark restaurant and undercooked food. The starter was actually okay but the chips that came with our main must have been thrown straight out of the fryer onto the plate, they were coated in grease with all the oil swimming on the bottom of our plates. I tried to mop it up with my napkin and my napkin was soaked and oil was still covering everything else on my plate. I asked for a new plate and got exactly the same back again. We were not given an apology. I could not eat the food it was that terrible. Basically we had to pay for a main meal we did not (could not) eat. It was totally inedible. The waitress (i think she was management) didn't even say, was anything wrong? despite the fact that both of us did not eat our meals. I got a cocktail and it had sour milk in it with a piece of lime that must have been on the floor for a week before it was put in my drink (it really stank). I just paid and got out, we won't be going there ever again as it was absolutely horrendous. The family sat behind us thought there was glass in the food and complained and the waitress said oh we have a new chef and he had put sea salt in the food, and she was not sure why he had but still did not apologise to them.
