Fantastic Food Any Time Of Day

Having recently eaten at Willows for dinner for the first time and left very impressed, my husband and I decided to try the lunch menu. Despite it being a regular Monday lunchtime the place was packed (usually a good sign) - so much so that the waiter asked us to wait a couple of minutes for a table and left us with menus to browse. It literally did take just 2 minutes to get us seated and there was almost instantly someone over to take our order. We didn't wait long for the food at all and both meals were delicious - my husband had haggis, neeps and tatties in a whisky sauce (something not often seen on lunch menus) and I had the macaroni cheese with baked potato. I find macaroni can be a hit or a miss when eating out and this one was definitely a hit. On the way out I couldn't resist taking a homemade cake away with me - Willows has a large selection of homemade cakes at the counter and they are too tempting to resist! Overall another very satisfying visit to this restaurant.
