Ynyshir Hall, Aberswyth

Just to relax in the lounge with a drink whilst I am perusing the menu, nibbling on interesting and delicious treats is delightful and prepared me for a real treat.I love it when chef provides delightful little samples between courses. It really shows that someone lives and breathes food and wants to share their inventions with others. It is a pleasure to be served by waiters who actually care about food and wine and can hold a decent conversation.For a meal you will not forget, I can highly recommend Ynyshir Hall.
