The Longest Yard

This is a movie I can watch over and over again and it is still gut busting funny. I enjoy Adam and Chris' characters in the movie and I'm a pretty big Adam Sandler fan myself and this is really one of Adam Sandler's best comedies.

I suppose if you are just one of the people who dont like remakes which I know there are people like that then maybe The Longest Yard isn't for you. Although I am a bit like that, I thought this was a much better version. It is updated, and so much funnier, especially for the people of today. Nearly everyone can relate to this film. The plot is still the same. Prisoners vs. guards in a game of football. Pretty simple.

I suppose it all comes down to your own personal opinion of the film but it definitely gives a great perfomance. People are always arguing these days about films that should be made, Should this film have been made?

Definitely, this film grossed over $150,000,000!!! But in my opinion definitely worth it. I never got bored. I could watch it again, which I don't say about many films, and it makes you laugh throughout. Go see it and make up your mind!
