The premise behind this is that some awesome crazy scientist has invented a way that someone can travel back in time along some really constrained lines. The person doing the travelling back (jake gyllenhaal) is comatose and he is actually going back into the body of someone else who dies in a terrorist attack.

During the course of the film he has to work out which of a list of suspects is the bomber but he only gets a relatively short amount of time before the bomb goes off. When he fails a the bomb explodes and he is returned to the present where he is guided through by the medical team.

Confused? Yeah me too.

It is a little complex but it is done quite well. The story line has more holes in it than hobos jumper but it is a ok way to spend a couple of hours.
