I Love Pretty Much Everything Steve Coogan's Done,

I LOVE pretty much everything Steve Coogan's done, but this was pretty shameful...the racist stuff from Pauline Calf could be put down to the character being racist.

The identical racist stuff from Tommy Saxondale was a bit more disturbing.

Along with endless pier end double-entendres, these were extremely cheap laughs, well below one of our best comedy performers.

Coogan his best. A masterpiece. 'Steve Coogan is Alan Partridge and Other Less Successful Characters' is one of the best stand up routines ever. Anyone who didn't like it is clearly too stupid to have grasped the point of the show. Well worth every penny, in fact, worth double.

Steve Coogan Has Been Living Off Alan Partridge Fo

Steve Coogan has been living off Alan Partridge for far too long. Most of the other characters do not work on stage. More surprising was his apparent lack of preparation, as sadly it was all a bit shambolic and embarrassing at times. Definitely one to miss.

I Have Been An Avid Alan Partridge Fan For As Long

I have been an avid alan partridge fan for as long as i can remember. but steve coogan has let me down with his stand up. I loved saxondale so it's not that i hate his other charachters. It's really was just plain rubbish. Even alan partridge didn't come across with his witty lines and funny facial expressions.

Went To See Steve Coogan In Bristol Last Night And

Went to see Steve Coogan in Bristol last night and to be honest was a little worried after reading so many bad reviews. I thought he was great. Really funny and everyone around us seemed to be having a good time too. I guess what some people find funny others dont and usually people only leave a review if they have something bad to say anyway. Good on you Steve, I think you're great!

Highly Recommended For Steve Coogan Fans, I And Ma

Highly recommended for Steve Coogan fans, I and many others enjoyed this show from start to finish, the sketches are all very funny! I can't believe such poor reviews, assume from people that don't appreciate "old skool" comedy. Hope dvd out!

I Went To Bournemouth Gig Last Night. Since My 30+

I went to Bournemouth gig last night. Since my 30+ quid has been sitting in Steve Coogan's bank account for about six months now, how come he appears to have put the show together about a week before the first night? Surely at some point during the shows up to last night he must have realised that at least 60% of what he is serving up is embarrisingly bad?

To provide as much balance that I feel I'm able, the Partridge part did have me cracked up in parts. I would never have guessed this possible after the awful first half. The finale song suggests that Coogan subscribes to the "swearing=funny" theory. I thought he was cleverer than that.
