It Has One Touch Setting For Each Style, 605 Tones

It has one touch setting for each style, 605 tones, sounds nice and clear but can't press too many keys at once.

The Psr 292 Is My 1st Keyboard & It Was Well Worth

The PSR 292 is my 1st keyboard & it was well worth the money. Yamaha does a good job with the owners manual, pretty easy to use. You get a lot for your money, I don't regret buying this thing at all. Very happy with what it can do.

I Can't Really Give A Full Review But I Tried A Ya

I can't really give a full review but I tried a Yamaha PSR 292 today and was amazed at the sound quality. I have another PSR that is going on 10 years and I love it but like other things in life, they wear out. It is starting to fade. When I get the chance to try this out in a couple of weeks, I will make my decision on whether to buy or not. So far , it's great !

I've Been Using A Yamaha Psr 292 Keyboard For 1 Ye

I've been using a Yamaha PSR 292 keyboard for 1 year now and I'm totally satisfied with it. I recently bought a Korg Triton and I actually prefer the keys on the Yamaha over the Korg's! Great keyboard for anyone learning keyboards and it's great to use as a MIDI keyboard to compose music on a PC. The onboard flash memory is great to store MIDI files and play or learn to play them on the keys. The only reason why I went for the Korg is for a more powerful built-in sequencer (plus the higher quality sounds and the name of course!). Also it would be great if you can store more than 5 user songs at once. The sampled sounds are quite good for a keyboard of this range too. The controls are simple and intuitive... you don't even need to read the manuals to get around. Has some new sounding styles apart from the standard 8 and 16 beat styles. The DJ sounds are very interesting too... scratch noises and voice samples are really great sounds to hear from a keyboard of this price!

The Psr 292 Keyboard Is Great Value For The Money

The PSR 292 Keyboard is great value for the money at £189.00. It's good for a novice just starting out or as an upgrade for someoen who's already had other Yamaha keyboards lower down the range. Could have done with having a power supply in the box with it and also a floppy drive would have been useful.
