Joey

Joey, the Friends spin-off television series staring Matt LeBlanc started last weekend on channel 5. Joey heads off to LA to see if he can make it big. He meets up with Gina (Drea de Matteo) his 20 year old sister who is a hairdresser and Michael (Paulo Constanzo) his nephew who is very knowledgeble about rocket science. Joey is still the same character that he was in friends and most of the jokes that were made in the first two episodes related to the fact that Joey is not the most smartest of people. Unfortunately its no Friends, but nothing will ever be in the same league. It is however funny and definitely livens up Sunday nights. Characters seem to be having fun and first impressions of the show are mostly positive. Only time will tell as to whether the series will take off. Most Friends fans won't be able to resist. Highly recommended.
