Poor Customer Service

Oh my goodness, where do I start... I ordered my Boots over a week ago, they were supposed to take a couple of days.

I have sent 10 emails and finally called them today to find out where my order was.

Only to be told...I, yes me, would have to contact parcel force, to find the status of my order.

Customer Service is a joke....there isn't any. I would not order from this company again, nor will I be recommending anyone either.

So wish I had bought from another company...ANNOYED beyond words.

Frustrating, Unorganised, Low On Stock

very poor frustrating experience with Equine Superstore.

Firstly not able to use multiple vouchers online, when trying to order over the phone like pulling teeth.

No stock available, very limited!

eventually sent out the order after 2 months - wrong sizes!

had to spend fortune sending back.

prices higher than other retailers.

if it wasn't for the fact I was bought vouchers to use here I would never had used them!

Item Not In Stock

Item purchased but no order confirmation received despite payment being taken. When I called to ask re this, the person I spoke to advised they would look into this. On looking into this they apologised stating the item wasn't actually in stock so would refund the money which they did. The refund had barely reached my account when strangely the item I attempted to purchase in the desired size is showing as in stock again? Be sure I would not purchase from these again!

Disgraceful Customer Service

We ordered and 12 days later still waiting for delivery. Keep getting sent screen shots of "attempted delivery". Absolutely wrong, no card left and the courier they say they have used delivers here on a regular basis.

Customer service is disgraceful, one line replies to emails and not even available to answer the phone.

I would never deal with them again and as a new user was looking to purchase further but after this there is no way!

This item was required urgently and I am purchasing elsewhere

Don't Be Tempted By Low Prices!

I placed an order because I was tempted by prices that were much lower that those on other sites. The boots I ordered online did arrived within the time stated. However I wanted to return the boots as they did not fit and then found that there was no documentation/invoice enclosed. I then tried to phone the company - no reply although I tried many times throughout the day for 3 days. I then looked through other reviews to find that many other people had had the same problem and that people who had sent things to return for refund had been unable to make any contact with the company. Eventually I got someone to pick up the phone on the 4th day but it was just a company fielding calls who told me to leave a message ... to which no one replied. Unable to get any response by phone I was then not happy to return by post so drove a very long way to return my boots hoping therefore to get a refund at that point. The girl on reception said she could check them in but not make the refund as that was made by another department somewhere else in Surrey. I asked her to phone them but she refused and just kept saying that it would happen sometime that day. I eventually persuaded her to check them in on her computer - she didn't want to, too much effort - and she did agree to write on a piece of paper that the boots had been returned but seemed incapable of giving me a refund. I felt like screaming!!! Anyway the boots were then thankfully refunded later that day but I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't turned up in person. Would never ever have got through on phone although the girl on reception said there was no problem and that she couldn't understand my problem.

Again, don't be tempted by low prices and steer clear!

Poor Service

Ordered Just Toggs Nebraska Boots, arrived on time but left foot badly scuffed. Emailed Equine Superstore straight away as is in the delivery info it says to let them know of faulty products immediately, sent picture, no response. Further email the following day, no response (apart from automated message). Sent boots plus completed return form back a couple of days later via RM signed for delivery, cost £15, emailed to let them know and request refund plus postage refund. No response apart from automated message! Nothing! I live rurally and order online as a matter of course. Pretty shocked at 1. really obvious scuffs and 2. the complete lack of customer service.

Awful Customer Service

Ordered a stable rug, chose delivery with 5 days and was still still waiting 2 weeks later. Despite contacting via email, Facebook and telephone. Eventually received an email stating the rug was out of stock and they didn't know when it would arrive!! Since cancelled and awaiting my refund taken from my bank over 2 weeks ago.

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered and paid for a pair of Dublin boots for my daughters Christmas Present on 13th December. Paid extra postage to ensure they arrived in plenty of time. The didn't arrive as promised so we phoned. We're told the computers were down. Phoned the next day and they promised to send them. No supervisor available to talk to us because "we're busy, it's Christmas you know". Didn't arrive. Called again. On Christmas Eve the £5 product ordered with the boots arrived - no boots. Phoned again. I was told that unless I was placing an order I couldn't talk to anyone. Left message to cancel the boots as it was too late and wanted refund. Boots arrived after Christmas. No refund.

Boots sent back on 6th January but refund not received until 21st January. Failed to respond to 4 emails.

I've never reviewed any company before but this is DISGUSTING customer service. Paid on 13th December. Refund five weeks later without the extra postage!!

Terrible!

Ordered a dog coat on 7th January. E mailed them a week later , they don't answer their phones! Got a reply 2 days later item out of stock did I want a different size? Laughable as it's an item meant to fit the dog! Asked for a refund. 2 days later got a reply I'd get a full refund but give it 2 to 3 days to clear. A week later still waiting, no refund . E mailed them again, still not answering their phones! No reply so have put in a report to pay pal! Do not use this company they are useless and just want your money for nothing!
